Two months and exactly three weeks since we have been together. Everything that happened feels just like yesterday. It all went so fast. Kaye calls our love team Mart and that was fine for me, while Rose on the other hand calls us Kurry. Mart wins for sure.

“How about this weekend? Maybe we can go to the park this time.” Kurt and I haven’t seen each other for a week. He said Marcus has been pestering him to hang out. I felt guilty from my selfishness so I agreed. Even though I am his girlfriend I shouldn’t take all of his time. I have my own circle of friends too and I’ll surely feel bad if my friends wouldn’t have time for me too.

“Yes I…I think that’s a good idea. I feel a bit jealous of Marcus. He had you for a week. I’m starting to wonder if he has a crush on you. ” I joked and waited for him to laugh. A few seconds passed but nothing, just silence.

“Babe?” “Huh? I’m sorry babe. My mom just texted me. Why the hell would Marcus have a crush on me? Trust me he is very straight.”

It’s not like I don’t know that. Duh! I’ve already stalked the three of them more than I could remember. I won’t tell that to Kurt though. All my evidences were also removed.

“By the way, the weekend sounds good. Where will we meet though?” “I’ll see you at your station.” We said our good nights before ending our call. I sighed deeply then walked to my window.
Layers of clouds were covering the majority of the sky but the moon was out, shining so bright. Two stars were twinkling beside it. I took my phone out then faced it to the moon. I zoomed in to take a bigger look at the moon and stars. It didn’t make them look as big as I expected but it was a bit clearer now.
I exited from the camera and went to Instagram instead. I took a boomerang of the moon then posted it to my story. Kaye viewed my story first. A few moments later she sent a message. It was Bruno Mars’ lyrics of Talking to the Moon. I sent her a laughing emoji.

I guess Rose also viewed it and here she is requesting a group video call.
“TALKING TO THE MOOOOOON!” Rose yelled. Kaye burst out into laughter because she sent it first, turns out Rose also had the same thought. I face palmed for I couldn’t help but to think my friends are crazy. “Cut it out!” Both of them immediately zipped their mouth. We stared for five seconds before they mooed like a hungry cow.

“Bye!” Rose made her exit and so did Kaye after waving.

My Friday went uneventful. The only highlight was when Rose started their group report then our teacher questioned her explanation. Of course she was taken aback and spoke back at the teacher. She sounded annoyed but kept her words respectful. They ‘conversed’ for a while and it was entertaining to watch.

Right now I am waiting for Kurt. He is not really late, I’m just early. It’s the first time actually. He usually arrives first every meet up but maybe he was stuck in the traffic? I was honestly worried but I instantly feel at ease when I saw him walking towards me. I couldn't really call him because he was on his phone.

Kurt’s eyes roamed around the area which I assume he was looking for me. I wave my hand to catch his attention and it worked. He ended the call before walking towards me. We interlocked our fingers then started walking.

We made our way to the Rose Garden. I looked at him with curious eyes. “Well I wanted to take you here because…well…I just want to.” He shyly rubs his nape, not meeting my eyes. He really looks cute when he is shy. The slight tinge of redness on his cheeks makes him more attractive. I know how whipped I sound but that’s just how I feel.

I giggled. “Okay, what do you want to do?” His face brightly lit up. He took my hand and we walked to the boats. “Let’s go?” I laugh at his reaction. “Boating? Are you sure?” I asked. We never went boating together so I concluded he doesn’t like it. Kurt shakes his head in disbelief. “Of course I want to…with you.” He winked.

I look down to hide my blush. I can never get use to him doing those things and I hate it. It used to make me cringe whenever I watched someone else doing those things and now I understand why girls really like it. It feels like a perfect fairy tale.

We had been roaming around the lake while filming each other and taking pictures. A boat went near us and told us our time was up. Kurt asked for a five minute extension and to my surprise his wish was granted.

“Hey babe, dare me to shout I love you here.” My eyebrow raised as soon as I heard his words. “You think I can’t do it, do you?” Cleary he can’t. “You can’t.” I confidently said. Kurt is a shy type of person so he surely couldn’t. He stared at me with daring eyes. My heart skipped a beat then raced like a jet. Oh no!

I didn’t know what to do, I just watched him do things with his phone then he handed it to me. I wonder where he got his confidence to do it suddenly. He nervously looked around. I laughed at him. “Okay stop babe. You can’t really do it.” I was about to turn off the video but then he shouted.

“BABE!” My whole body froze. I looked at him, not believing that he was actually doing it. My eyes were locked at him and I can't look away. My heart was banging against my chest. “I LOVE YOU!” I feel like I was going to burst. I looked around and many eyes were on us. “I LOVE THIS GIRL HERE!” Kurt shouted once more, louder this time. I look at him and he looked so happy. He was even pointing at me.
My grip on the phone seem to loosen so I held it with both hands. “MARY! I LOVE YOU!” I slapped his leg to stop him. People are cheering him on. Clapping, whistling, with many other weird sounds. I ended the recording then covered my face. My face is so hot and surely so red. The cheers died down so Kurt and I returned the boat.
