1 month into construction

"KIRISHIMA! BRING THAT OVER HERE!" I shout, waving him over. He nods at me, and continues carrying the massive log over towards me and Kamakiri. Me and him are currently chopping up wood, with me using an massive 84 inch rope saw Yaoyorozu made for me, and Kamakiri using his quirk, which allows him to make blades anywhere on his body.

"Here! Go at it, guys!" Kirishima says, dropping the massive log in front of us. I quickly get to work, using One for All at 20%, severing the 90 foot log into more measurable chunks, about 30 feet long.  Kamakiri takes on the more detailed parts, cutting indents into the logs, making spaces for connecting pegs. The logs are then quickly taken away by the construction group, this time the carriers, or more accurately, draggers, being Shishida and animals being controlled by Koda. They quickly drag the trio of logs away, heading to a roped off area.

"Goddammit, how many more logs are we gonna have to cut?" Kamakiri asks, sitting down. His tall, thin frame, which is now built up with toned muscle.

"If my math is correct, about 5 or six more before lunch, and 10 more after lunch." I reply, and he sighs, running his hand through his hair, which now consists of a shorter layer, and a long center strip, giving him a mohawk.

"Honestly, I could probably just be apart of the damn.... what did you call it? Lumberjacks?" Kamakiri asks, and I shrug, wiping my brow with my forearm. This heat is oppressive, to say the least. Most of the boys are shirtless, since they learned rather quickly that soaked shirts don't do much in the long run.

"Your quirk is too good for creating specific cuts. That's why Shoji and Kaibara are on the other woodworking team. Shoji is just really freaking strong, and with six arms, he can move a rope saw even faster than me, and Kaibara's spiral is good for drilling." I explain.

"Okay, I get it, I guess. These things are for the gates, right?" He asks

"Among other things, yeah. The covered dining area, for one, and the sparring zone barrier." I reply, and he smiles

"Okay then, that sounds pretty lit." He says

"Yeah, well. We got work to get to. There's Ryukyu with another one." I say, pointing to the dragon hero walking towards us, a log strapped to her back.

"You gonna let the other team handle this?" He asks

"Yeah, but we gotta unload it." I say, and he groans, then stands back up.

"Fine." He groans, and we jog up to the dragon

"Hello, boys. You guys want to get this off my back?" Ryukyu asks, panting a bit.

"Gimme a second." I reply, jumping up onto her back, followed by Kamakiri. We untie the knots, and then throw up the top end of the log, flipping if off of her back. Shoji and Kaibara quickly descend on the log, dragging it about 20 feet, then getting to work.

"Alright. You're clear!" I shout, after me and Kamakiri jump off, and Ryukyu nods, and then flies off.

"She's working pretty hard, huh?" Kamakiri notes, his mandibles moving slightly

"We all are." I reply, as Saisho, who had vanished for a good chunk of the morning, appears seemingly out of nowhere, clambering up on my back and laying around my shoulders. I'm seriously beginning to think he's part ferret.

"Yeah, but she's working much harder than most." Kamakiri says, and I nod

"I think she feels partially guilty about what happened to me. Because of that, she pushing herself way too hard. I'm kinda surprised she hasn't burned out yet." I reply, petting Saisho a bit.
