chapter five

"This is it. First day of tour." Fleur thought to herself as she stepped out of the uber. She wasn't exactly excited, or pleased to be there, but she had to go. She had asked herself many times why she signed the contract, while attempting to fall asleep.

She arrived quite early, none of the boys were there yet. Fleur had decided to try and stay away from them as much as she could. Even if they were supposed to be crowded in a bus for the next few days.

"Hello Fleur! Glad to see you arrive on time." David chuckles, helping her with the luggage.

"Thank you Mr. Loeffler." She smiled sincerely.

The singer had contemplated on telling the manager how the band was treating her, but she feared that he wouldn't believe her and accuse her of lying. He was the only one who talked and treated her like a normal person.

"Please, just call me David." She nodded in response.

"You might as well just get comfortable, the boys are always late." he added, looking at his watch as he rolled his eyes.

Fleur went ahead and stepped in the bus. She was familiar with touring, so it was nothing new to her. However, sharing the bus with five whole other people was going to be very stressful.

Fleur was surprised to get a text a few minutes later. She checked her phone, which displayed an unknown number.

Fleur smiled at her phone and turned it off again. Ever since she began her journey to become a singer, she didn't have any friends to support her on the way. It felt amazing to her to talk to someone who didn't know how famous Fleur was.

Just as she was feeling positive for the day, the why don't we boys arrived. Fleur had been so caught up with her new friend that she hadn't noticed them walking in the bus.

Zach groaned loudly at the sight of her while the others rolled their eyes in annoyance.

"Good to see you've already arrived." Corbyn said sarcastically.

Fleur's smile turned into a frown real quick. Something good had just happened to her, and now the boys had to ruin it.

"Hi." She stated simply, not in the mood to deal with their bullshit.

Fleur went back to her own business, texting her mom about Kaya. her mom had been right after all, it was getting better. maybe the trip would be bearable.

Zach quickly shoved Jonah and claimed a top bunk for himself. After that, all hell broke loose as the boys were fighting over bunks. None of them had even thought of asking Fleur where she wanted to sleep.

After that, the bus driver told them where they were going. And with that, they were off.

Tour had officially started.

A/N

Just saying that you shouldn't unfriend someone just because of their opinion, but I thought it would be a funny way to introduce fleur and kaya.
