Mellissa's POV ⚫.

It's currently been a month since I started hanging out with Jay.

He's  been one naughty and funny guy. I like it.

Who knew I would be hanging out with him? Karma!

"Lisa?" Liz shouts at me.

I frown my eyebrows in a what look.

"You're spacing out."

"No I'm not." I give her a smirk as I close my locker door.

"Fine. Let's go get lunch." She says, holding my wrist, taking me with her.

I hate that.

"Aww. Look at how stained your mouth was." She points at a picture of me and her in third grade,  holding ice cream. *She chuckles.*

"It's nothing okay? Plus we were young." I hiss.

"Ey ey ey girl! Why you  like that? Huh. You on your period or something?" She pushes herself next to me.

"Eww. No I just... have a lot on my mind."

"About Jay or?"

"Noo...umm yeah. Maybe." I tell her and as I notice, she places a confused look on her face.

"Uhuh?" She waits for me to say something.

"I think umm.. I like him." I tell her as I shrug my shoulders.
A wide grin appears on her face as she jumps on my bed.

"I knew you'd like him. I knew baby." She shouts.

"So, are you gonna tell him or you want me to?" She calmly says once she's done jumping.

"Wait noo. I can't tell him. Are you dumb? Plus you can't tell him. Pfft how are you gonna start huh?" I shout.

"Well, apparently you have to. C'mon girl it's your chance. Hes probably single right now and I know he likes you too."

"Can't you see it's awkward for a girl to propose?"

"It's not awkward at all. That stuff happens every time."

I give her a blank stare.
"Okay... I'll try tomorrow."

"Yay. I have an idea. Why don't we just go for a double date. Again?" She widens her smile, wanting me to approve.

"I'm really tired of those. Anyway,I think that'll work."

"Great.. get ready biatch for tomorrow night okay?"
She says before she walks out of my room.

Fine I have to do this tomorrow or else I'll keep going nuts Everytime I'm with him.

"You gotta tell her man. " Drake's words swim through my mind  everytime I try to focus.

I'm so in love with Lisa and I don't know if I'll be rejected tonight. Cause that won't be good.

I'm planning on telling her tonight, our date.

"Hey!" Drake finds me where I'm seated.

"Hey bro." I reply, giving him a weak smile.

The girls haven't come yet so I have enough time to think about it.

"Don't be stressed out man!"

"The thing is that she likes you too. I can see it whenever you too are together." He gives me an assuring look as I furrow my eyebrows.
