Lisa's POV ⚫

"You can't be serious Jay." I say as I feel a warm hand hold my wrist.

How the hell am I supposed to dance? I can't dance.. and guess what.. Jay wants me to dance with him.

"I am." Jay whispers into my ear leading the way to the dance floor.
I don't hesitate to follow.

"You got this." Jay says, placing his hands round my waist. Cute but uncomfortable. Never done this.

"Okay!" I say as I place my hands around his neck.

I turn my head to look at Liz, who's currently sitting on Drake's lap.
She gives out a thumbs up before she turns her attention back to Drake.

Okayy. I got this.

A slow song is played in the background as I and Jay continue dancing to it's rhythm.

"See? It was fun right?" Jay says as we walk through the back door. He hands me over a red cup.

"Yeah I did." I look curiously at the red cup, wondering what it really is before I take it.

"It's lemonade." Jay says realising what I was doing.

"Whoah. Didn't see that coming." I say as we take a seat next to the pool, our legs in the water.

"Whose house is this again?" I ask, literally for the who knows time. I lost count. I couldn't master the owner's name before.

"Damon." Jay says, taking the last sip of his lemonade. He places his hand on mine, looking me straight in the eye.

"I love you, Lisa." He says in the calmest tone I've ever heard him. Cute .

"And I love you too, Jay." I mutter out the words before I realize we are in the pool.

"What the hell Jay?" I ask in awe as excitement fills my voice.

"Figured we would do something crazy tonight." He smirks as he signals me to follow him.

Once we are out of the pool, we head back to the house to get some blankets.

I regret why I put this freaking dress on. It clearly shows my cleavage now that I'm wet.

"I'm gonna go get the blankets." Jay says before he rushes upstairs.

"Hey girl!" I hear a high pitched voice from my back. Not minding to turn I already know it's Liz.

"Uh hey." I say.

"Wait what happened?" She furrows her eyebrows once she notices water dripping off me.

"Just had some fun in the pool that's it."

"Mm. I'll leave you to it then." She says, walking off into the crowd.

She can be really mean. How can you leave your best friend? Clearly with no one.

I stand up to head upstairs where Jay headed. He took so long.
I suddenly hear warm hands wrap around my wrist.

"It took you so..." I say not realizing it wasn't Jay. It was Damon.

"Where to princess?" He says, giving out the badass smirk. Is that the name he thought of? If it is then crap.

"Umm.. I was actually.. looking for Jay. You seen him?" I say.

"Sorry princess, no." He replies, letting go of my wrist pushing his hands into his pockets.

"Do you wanna dance?" He says.

"Uhh... Sorry I have to go. But it was nice seeing you." I say, rushing towards Jay once I spot him.

"What's with the hurry?" Jay asks.

"That guy freaked me out." I say, pointing towards Damon.

"C'mon Lisa, he's a sweet guy." He says, shrugging his shoulder.

"I guess. Can we go?" I ask.

"Yup. Sure." He says, before giving me a tight hug. I felt comfortable in this one.
He places the blanket he had brought on to my shoulders, and then wraps it around me.

We quickly walk towards Jay's car. I'm sure Drake is going to take Liz back home so no worries about her, plus she left me alone! So mean..

"You okay?" Jay says once we reach the front door. I hadn't said a word in the car so I guess that's why he's worried. I'm actually just hungry and exhausted. I won't go out again. Joke's on me..

"Nah I'm just a little tired." I say. He pulls me in for a hug as I lean in comfortably.

"See you tomorrow!" Jay says jogging towards his car. He seems excited.

"Goodbye." I shout, making sure he heard.

Things have been going on well with Jay. And I'm glad they are. Otherwise I would be eating a jar of Nutella in the couch, watching the Bread winners on Nickelodeon, my favourite.
Crazy..

I head upstairs to my room to get some sleep but unfortunately, I don't. It's been a rough night but I'm suddenly not sure why I'm not getting the sleep. My brain is messed up with Nutella, which I hadn't had in two weeks.

Due to my lazy brain, I grab my phone from the nightstand and look through the messages.

"Bitch! You left me!" It's a message from Liz.

"Thought Drake was gonna give you a ride." I text back.

"You moron! Apparently he just walked me home." She replies.
I have nothing in my brain to text back so I place the phone back on the nightstand.

I walk towards the bathroom to change and brush my teeth. I think that was the reason why I hadn't gotten the sleep earlier.
