Sitting in my kitchen I stared down at the surprise I was gonna give Leilani tonight. Today I have a lot planned. She needs it after everything that's been going on.
I walk over to Zuri "what's you think, zeze? You think mommy would be surprised" I asked her holding up the surprise "what about you mani?"
She gives a little noise and I nod to myself "see, YALL my OG's. Thanks for the advice you two" I say and kiss them on their cheeks lightly.
Just then there was a knock on the door. I stood up and walked over to it. I look through the peephole to see, Cynthia. I open the door.
"Wassup"
"Hey! Where are the twins?" She asked cheerfully
"Over there. Again thank you so much for watching them."
"Pfft! Are you kidding? I love babies, plus you and Leilani need this. So, can I see it" she smirks?
I pull it out and she gasped "she is gonna love it!"
"Yeah, I know. I get the best gifts ever. No need to pet me on the back" I shrug
She looks at me "lemme go attend the twins before I slap you" she walks over to them.
I chuckle and walk back upstairs. I walk into the master bedroom and saw Leilani on the bed on her phone. She noticed I was standing near the door and she looked at me.
"Hey, lover," she says
"Get up," I say
"Oh...so no 'hi' or kisses?" She asked
I walk over to her and grab her by her arm. "I have a surprise for you"
She stood up and smiled "oh really?"
"Mhm. Put this on" I say and tie a blindfold around her eyes. "Can you see?"
"Well no! You just put a blindfold on me. Is this necessary?"
"Yes! Imma lead you to the car"
"What about the twins," she asked as I held her hand
"Don't worry about the twins baby" I say as we walk downstairs. I winked at Cynthia and she nodded. She put up the thumbs up and mouthed 'good luck'
We walk out of the house and I lead her to the car. She was walking like she doesn't trust me leading her.
