I cleaned up all the used tissues from me crying last night and put them into the trash bin. After Lani's grand opening Her and Maurice went to her house since they wanted some "Alone" time is what Leilani said and Maurice said "we just tryna fuck" Maurice was all the way fucked up since he drunk all that henny.
I came back to Maurice's house since he gave me his key. I am sure that I will be staying here for some time. I just can't go in Me and Trey's house right now. I'm so heartbroken about what happened. He looked over here and nodded at her then he walked over here and I smiled at him. He smiled back at me.
Trey looked at me "wassup Layla" he gave me a side hug

"Trey" Leilani said pointing to the watch she then looked at me "I'm sorry Layla but uh we gotta go?"
"Where y'all going it's not even the end of the day?" I ask them
"Our dad needs us" Trey says then his watch buzzed again and then he looked at Leilani and then Leilani quickly closed her locker.
"We really gotta go" Leilani says and pulled treys arms but he snatched it away. Leilani rolled her eyes walking towards the exit doors of the school
Trey looked at me "sorry about her. we have to go our dad needs us right now but here" he says taking out his phone and grabbing a journal. He grabbed the pen off his ear and wrote down his number "call me"
I took it out his hands while smiling "I will" Flashback over
Sure it was a awkward convo but that was the day we fell in love. After that we spent everyday with each other then we started to date and then we both graduated high school while dating and then a few days after that we were solid for 10 years, then he proposed a year ago.
I think I'm considered a widow. I'm not sure but I recently cancelled the wedding venues and everything. I still have my dress and the ring was still on my finger. God! I miss him so much!
Sitting on the bed getting all emotional again I busted out crying. Are we having a funeral of course we are! Me and Lani are planning it together. My head started to hurt then I wipe off my face and stood up shaking it off.

Dancing to P.Y.T by micheal Jackson trying to cheer Leilani up. It wasn't working she was just sitting there on the bed. Last night was amazing but then this morning I guess Leilani was looking through her camera roll and found a picture of Trey and her then she just got sad all over again.
"P.Y.T! She that pretty young thang!" I sang to her and stopped when I saw it was working.
I turned off the music and climbed on the bed sitting next to her. "Come on baby. You were fine earlier?"
"I just got sad again. Sorry...Can you leave me alone for a minute" her voice shakes. she tucked in her lips and turning away. I looked at her.
"Nope" I say and she looked at me as tears ran down her face. "Let's talk...I need you to stay strong"
"I can't. I'm tired"
"Of what?" I asked
"I'm tired of all of this. I'm tired of feeling like I'll lose people I care about...you...Adonis,Steelo,Red, Layla. Y'all are my family. Ever since that shooting I've been fucked up on the head and it's only been two days. This grief is on and off for me" she says and rubs her forehead
"Imma need you stay strong..not for me..but for trey" I grabbed her hand "I know you can be strong and like you told me before. You don't cry. You stay strong. that's something I love about you. don't let this whole situation ruin you babe."
Her eyes got all watery and she pouted "I love you"
I raised my eyebrows. A smile appeared on my face. I rushed towards her grabbing her face with both my hands pulling her into a long kiss. I nuzzled my head onto hers "I love you too"
