Leilani and I sat in her living room, Nyla was I in front of me, and Imani and Zuri were in front of Leilani. Layla has Noah sitting in between her laps as we al sit Criss cross apple sauce on the floor.
Leilani called this emergency meeting just for all the moms in the group. Me, Layla, and her. Leilani played with Zuri and Imani as she told us the story about the fight that Maurice and she had and the yacht situation.
"Aww. Leilani, I am so sorry" I say "I thought that trip was gonna help you guys...but..did he take you out to the dinner?" I say as I look at Layla and she gave me a face saying "I'm not sure"
"No... and I don't care about him right now. I loved all my shit out of his house." She says "OH and I still can't believe that Maurice was here the entire time for 7 months! "You don't think....." I say to Layla referring to something I've told her like two months ago.

"A couple of years ago when Cynthia and Maurice were dating they would get into these fights. But when they got into the car incident and Cynthia was in her coma. Me, Michael, red, and Malik. We would witness him take drugs from his stash. We all weren't sure what to do about it. After about a couple of weeks, Maurice being on those drugs he would go MIA. NO one heard from Maurice. I guess Cynthia being in the coma and him thinking it was his fault drove him into the dark. But then when Tyga and I finally had enough of him and his stubborn ass, we drove to his house and this was all taking place in Mexico, not New York. We drove to his place and knocked on his door but no one answered. So Tyga realized that the back door was open" I explained and my eyes watered but I wiped it away "we walk in the house and we saw Maurice there laying on the ground...he was OD'ing. And sometimes at night, my mind would randomly go to that night just seeing his limp body all cold and stuff. So, we took him to the hospital. And the doctor told us that Maurice had overdosed. Thank god he was alive. And till this day it scares me when Maurice doesn't answer the phone but an hour later he picked up. Anytime something bad happy to Maurice this nigga turns to drugs. Whether he's selling or putting them in his body, he always turns to drugs "
