The fact is that one of them has to take a step back. 

Actually, nowadays there exists other options and people from the industry know how to find quick and discreet solutions. But at the same time it isn't fair that neither of them, both with 23 years old, has to mortgage their life because of a mistake. 

Even some say the opposite, none of them has left their teens yet. They are just starting.

Her eyes are red and swollen from crying. They had been going back and forth for days now and although they tried to talk, they just kept fighting and crying without knowing what to do. 

It is this moment, looking at the couple sitting in front of him at the Voltage Productions offices, that Nicolas realizes they are still kids. Nicolas Chartier has been for some years now in the show business, he is the founder of Voltage Productions and the executive producer of the After franchise. For him the solution is clear: nothing that a trip abroad cannot solve. It is preferable to avoid state clinics, better still those throughout the country, so no one can start tongue wagging.

Hero tries to hold Jo's hand, but he doesn't get any reaction from her.

- Okay then. - Nicolas clears his throat breaking the awkward silence. - What do you want to do?

-What do we want to do? - Hero repeats with a dash of sarcasm. - There's no possible solution that comes to my mind that I want to do, Nicolas.

- Well, I cannot take a decision for you obviously. But you know this doesn't suit your careers at all.

- Josephine is in her prime, this would stop her for life. - Lena, her manager, has stayed out and in silence until now. - After this there is no career.

- Can we not refer to it like this? - Hero asks with a thick british accent. - We like it or not, we are talking about a life. 

Actually, they are talking about three lives. Fuck, everything was going so good. He had just premiered the last movie, signed to model for the new campaign of Superdry and he had Jo. At some point it all had to go to hell...

Again the awkward silence reigns in the office. 

How bad would it be for him to be the responsible one? It is clear now that she doesn't want this or at least that she isn't going to be the responsible one. That's why without thinking too much on what he is really doing or maybe by thinking too much but with a 23 year old mind, not an adult yet, he decides to take the step for both of them.

Some people might say he did it because he loves her, others because he wanted something that connected her to him forever  or maybe it was both of those reasons. 

Little does he know, that this decision will drag their relationship down.
