It had been a 2 years since the six decided to stay. It was the girls 10th birthday, they planned to leave after this, since she was to be 10 years old, and she'd probably drop her fantasies.
They watched as the girl was celebrating her party from the stairs. "I'm still pretty upset we'll be leaving her." Potato itched her head. "I think its best, for all of us." Dirt said, Lychee and Oku nodding. Minko looked at the girl. "Where are the parents? Shouldn't they be here?" Minko asked. "They went to the 'Aunt Finch' room." Potato replied. "Why don't we go there? Just to check what's going on?" Koko suggested. "Well we have nothing to do, I guess so." Oku stood up and went to the room, everyone following behind him.
They got to the room and before they entered, the parents already opened the door and left. They entered and looked at the elderly woman, she seemed to be dying, she was probably already too old.
Potato bowed slightly for respect. "Please, take care of Paris.." All of their heads shot up, the elderly woman looked at them and smiled softly. "Because the closer you are to death..." She breathed a bit. "The easier it is to interact with them." Her eyes closed and she let out a final breath. "Oh my god, is she okay?" Koko asked. Minko quickly went up to the bed, "She's gone." They saw a small light from above, and it seemed that a small light figure went up to the light, then the light disappeared.
"Is the girl going to die..?" Potato asked worriedly. "Let's go to her, then." Minko said, quickly going to the hallway and down the stairs. Paris was saying goodbye to all her friends, she was outside the door. Soon after, she went back in and Potato said a small "Hello." Potato waved a bit, she was right in front of Paris. But then the girl jumped happily, going right past Potato and hugging her parents. "She's so precious.. I don't want her to die.." Potato said softly. "Well she didn't see you just now, it should be okay." Dirt said.
There was a click sound, and everything went white in a bang.
The six stood in shock, the house they were once in was in debris, broken, destroyed.
Koko turned and she saw the little girl, Paris. Her body was stuck under debris. She was still alive, moving slightly. "Mommy.. Daddy.. It hurts.." She was crying.
Potato ran to the girl. "Oh my god," She tried helping the girl but she kept phasing right through. "No.." Potato covered her mouth. Dirt looked at the parents. They were long gone. "They're.. Dead.." Oku pointed at the parents. Lychee turned to the girl.
The six started to go upward. They were rising upward. "No!" Potato yelled, trying to reach out for the girl.
Everything went white.
