I see you...
Grounded
Standing there
Blessing these orbs that give me sight
I told you I wouldn't go without a fight
Will you take off if I get close
Will you leave me withered once again
Will you make me walk another hundred miles
Or will you shield me from the rain
Leave my wings withered,
They don't need to change
For if you give me your love
Nothing will need to rearrange
Leave me untouched
Until you hold me close
Your my medicine
And I'll take every dose
I hear that voice
Bring life to my ears
Care for me now
And eliminate my fears
I can't fly so high like you
I'll never be able to keep up
But maybe I'll get there one day
Stop being a little pup
Take my soul
And with that my heart
Tell me you'll stay
And we'll never be apart
For if you take off once again
As I figured
Then I'll stay here once again
My heart so withered...
