Currently Nate and Seraphine were sitting on the couch of Nate's home as Nate's sister Levy and Nate's mother Emily were looking at the both of them with glares in their eyes.
"So let me get this straight... you've been in this secret superhero life for how long?" Emily asked.
"About a year and 2 months now." Nate said avoiding eye contact with his mother.
"And Sera dear you knew about this for how long now?" Emily asked as she looked Seraphine.
"About a week or so now aunty." Seraphine said.
"And both of you didn't tell us this why exactly?" Emily asked as she crossed her arms.
"Nate made me promise not to tell anyone." Seraphine said.
"If I told you guys you would stop me from doing it... also don't be mad at Sera mom, she also tried very hard to stop me from doing anymore hero work." Nate said as he defended his girlfriend.
"OF COURSE WE WOULD STOP YOU, DO YOU KNOW HOW DANGEROUS MOST OF THE THINGS YOU DO AS STEAM KNIGHT ARE BIG BROTHER!?" Levy shouted.
"I mean yeah, but I swear I'm ok, I have been training for a looooong time, and it turms out I am actually VERY good at fighting." Nate said as he pleaded to his sister and mother.
"NO! NO MORE FIGHTING! YOU ARE FORBIDDEN FROM EVER! EVER USING THOSE WEAPONS DO YOU HEAR ME!" Emily yelled.
"Mom please don't, you don't understand, there are things put there that only I can deal with. Nate said as he stood up to try and plead his case.
"Nate I sure the poli-" Emily began only to be cut off by her son.
"THE POLICE IS NOT ENOUGH!" Nate yelled.
"Mom do you remember the police massacre that happened in April XX, 20XX?" Nate asled his mother.
"Yes... 20 police officers where killed by an unknown entity... why?" Emily asked narrowing her eyes.
"That massacre could have been prevented if I got there on time... Mom listen to me ok, normal weapons do not affect the things I fight, the only perosn who can fight the monsters I fight... is me." Nate said.
"But... but... your my baby... I can't... I can't help but be worried about you." Emily said as she hugged her son as she cried.
Suddenly tge doors of the house opened to reveal a man with black hair and blue eyes.

This man is the famouse music promoter and producer Arthure McGarden... also knows as Nate and Levy's father and Emily's husband.
"Dad?" Nate said as he looked at his father.
Arthure then let his bags go and ran towards Nate, however rather than being mad at him for doing dangerous stuff that would get him killed... he instead enveloped him in a tight hug as he cried.
