Chapter 23

"I was wondering if you wanted to go out on a date sometime, maybe tomorrow?"

I gulped "Sure, Where?"

Nate chuckled "That's a surprise, I'll pick you up at 8 tomorrow"

I smiled "8 it is."

He cleared his throat as he took off his apron "We should get going."

(10 minutes later)

As I walked I into my apartment I immediately called Sterre.

*On call*

"Hey Aurora what's up."

"BITCH NATE JUST ASK ME OUT!"

"EEEEEKK OH MY GOD YES... WAIT WHAT ARE YOU GONNA WEAR?"

"OH SHIT WHAT AM I GONNA WEAR?"

"MALL. NOW. PICK ME UP."

*call ended*

I quickly grabbed my keys and headed out.

I had never been this happy in my life, thinking about Nate instantly gave me butterflys, he was just so perfect.

Sterre's house wasn't far, she got into the car in excitement.

"GIRL I CALLED IT, I TOLD YOU THOSE LATE NIGHT CONVOS WOULD BE WORTH IT!"

I rolled my eyes and smiled

"So should I wear a dress or-"

She shrugged

"Well where is he taking you?"

I sighed "He said it's a surprise."

She smirked

"Smoove move Mr. Sinclair, wear a dress then."

Once we got to the mall we head straight into Ardene to find a dress.

"Oo what about this one."

Sterre pointed at a simple but elegant red off the shoulder dress.

I Shooked my head

"It's nice but it's too fancy."

She rolled her eyes

"Everything is too fancy for you."

As I turned a beautiful long dark purple dress caught my eye. It had simple silk fabric and thin straps but was perfect.

"Sterre what about this one?"

She gasped "It's perfectly for you."

I quickly grabbed my size and headed into the dressing room.

After changing I looked at myself in the mirror for a moment.

As I walked out of the dressing room Sterre put her hand over her mouth and nodded.

"YOU LOOK AMAZING!!"

I chuckled "Am I so fucking buying this."

I quickly headed back into the dressing room and changed into my normal clothes, Paid for this dress and went to go get pretzels.

"Ok so where do you thing he's taking you?"

I shrugged

"I don't know, probably like dinner."

Sterre sighed

"Girl show some excitement a hot ass guy just asked to out."

I yawned "I am excited I'm just tired."
