Chapter 19

"Go, go, GO."

We all quickly got out of the water, Dried ourselves and put our clothes. Well besides Ryder because I pulled him into the water and he had his clothes on.

Then we quickly got in our cars and drove home. I had pulled up in Jordyn's drive way she quickly went into her house and came back out with molly and handed to me.

She chuckled

"Here you can pay me back later."

I nodded "Thanks dude."

As she ran back into her house I drove off it was about 2am and It was freezing cold.

As soon as I got to my apartment I took a nice warm shower, took out my clothes for my first day at work and hit the sheets.

(Next morning)

I woke up to the sound of cars honking of course 8am traffic, I had exactly 30 minutes to get ready since breakfast at the restaurant started at 9am.

I changed into the outfit I had picked out, I put on some light makeup and headed to the restaurant.

The sun was shining I have a good feeling about today.

As I open the door to the restaurant I was greeted with a welcoming smile by a girl who looked my age.

"Hey, I'm am Sterre It's nice to meet you!"

I smiled "I'm Aurora. Um is Nate around?"

She nodded

"Yeah he's in the kitchen he'll be here in a minute or too."

The door slowly opened we both turned to see Nate He flashed a Cute smile as he walked towards me.

"Hey Aurora You ready for work?"

I nodded  "Yes I am. Thank you again for hiring me!"

"Not a problem. I'm just gonna need to you fill out this form real quick."

He handed me a clipboard and pen. Once I filled out the form I handed it to Nate. He analyzed it and nodded.

He looked up at me and furrowed his eyebrows

"You go to University of Washington?"

I nodded "Yup."

"What are you studying for?"

I sighed "Computer engineer."

He smirked "Wow Beauty AND brains."

I awkwardly chuckled, God what the fuck is wrong with me.

He sighed "Ok remember Serve on the left and wipe on the right, always ask if a customer needs anything else and it's your first day I don't expect you to be perfect."

"Ok thank you so much again"

He smirked "Anytime."

As he headed back into the kitchen I turned to Sterre who gasped.

"GIRL- I see you and the boss."

I immediately shook my head in denial

"No. No way"

She chuckled "Well the restaurant's about to open follow me to the back and I'll give you your apron."

Sterre showed me the breakroom, the kitchen, and the bathrooms, she introduced me to our other co workers. They all seemed nice.
