Allison gazed out her window with boredom, her eyes glazed with visible exhaustion. She analyzed the outside world of her window with little interest. Some cars streaked by, along with a few people possibly going out for a night run.
Despite all the noise, Allison couldn't help but eye a large house that stood across from hers'. It was the new neighbor's house.
To her surprise, one of the house's room's lights flicked on, revealing a shirtless boy. Allison attempted to look away, though she couldn't help herself. This guy was so..-
The boy's head turned, his eyes staring directly at Allison.
Ack!
With a shriek of embarrassment, Allison ducked low, growing flustered. She risked a peek, humiliated to find the boy's mouth widening into a mocking laugh.
She remained low on her bed, crushed and annoyed.
He crouched low, his hands flicking through a notebook, while he scribbled on the sheet with a smirk.
Raising a brow with curiosity, Allison raised her head, eyeing the boy's bedroom window with fear.
He rose to his feet, snickering, as he pasted the slip of paper on the screen of his window.
Allison squinted her eyes, making out the word.. 'nerd'?!
The boy's eyes darkened with judgement and laughter, his mouth parting into another cackling laugh.
Allison frowned, balancing herself on the bridge of her bed. Exchanging a glare with her neighbor, she lifted up the middle of her finger, while she stuck out her tongue in a childish gesture.
The boy's eyes widened in reply, as he blinked away with annoyance.

Allison crouched in front of her sister with a frown. The two stood near the center of a quaint park that held a natural sweet aroma and a few parents with their kids.
"Now, if someone offers you candy, you-" Allison started, though her sister, Natalie waved her off with a small bounce.
"I say 'no thanks'." Natalie replied proudly.
Allison nodded, smiling, as she rose to her feet. "Good. Now go play." She waved her hand towards a nearby playground.
Natalie nodded, before scampering off and past a tall boy and his sister.
Allison frowned, instantly recognizing the boy. Her new neighbor, the guy who humiliated her..-
"Now, if someone offers you anything what do you do?" The boy grinned, awaiting his sister's answer with little patience.
"I kick them!" She squeaked, smirking.
He nodded, patting her on the shoulder in a gesture of allowing her to go off. The girl squealed with excitement, as she dashed off to the play equipment.
Allison approached her neighbor with a low frown. "You can't just kick a person..-" She stated, folding her arms.
"She's my sister," He replied. "And you're that girl that flipped me off yesterday." He remarked, towering over her with narrowed eyes.
"W-well you called me a nerd." Allison grumbled in reply. "Anyways, what's a twenty-two year old man calling a highschooler through his window a nerd?" She hissed.
"Pfft, OK. I'm a senior in highschool." He replied with a visible smirk of laughter. "I'm just too tall for you. You look like your twelve down there." The boy cackled, his blue eyes shimmering with judgement.
"I'm fifteen." Allison retorted, blinking away with a flustered expression.
The boy's sister strolled up to them with a grin of triumph. "I kicked someone!" She announced.
"Yeah, I'm leaving." Allison frowned. "Natalie! Come here." Without waiting for her younger sister, Allison walked off with balled fists of annoyance, leaving Natalie scrambling after her.
"How come we're leaving early?!" Natalie wailed.
"Because of that tall jerk!" Allison shouted, not minding if their neighbor heard her or not.
The boy rolled his eyes, crossing his arms carelessly. His sister blinked up at him with a questionable look.
"Is that your new girlfriend?" She squeaked.
