Few weeks later

"So, how is Ray, Allison?" Ricky questioned, tilting his head with thought.

"I don't think I want to date him, he's been acting weird lately towards me." Allison remarked. "But it's highschool, relationships don't last long." She added helplessly.

"Ah, shame, I wanted you two to go to prom together." Ricky confessed.

"Haha, I don't think I'm going to prom on my freshman year, Ricky." She shrugged, faking a dry laugh. "So do you like anyone?" Allison raised an eyebrow teasingly, eager to change the topic.

"If I did, I wouldn't tell you." He smirked. "Shortie." Ricky added with a snicker.

"OK. You're just tall." Allison shot back, giggling. "You're like six feet or more." She exaggerated, attempting to touch his head, though she found herself unsuccessful.

"Sure I am nerd." He grinned.

"I'm not a nerd!" Allison frowned, rearing back on her feet.

"Nerd..~" Ricky teasingly whispered.

Before Allison could come shoot back a nasty retort, the bell rung, startling the two.

"Later, nerd." Ricky exchanged a wink of his eye with her.

"Jerk." She called after him, folding her arms.

Allison sat in class near the end f the row of seats- deep in thought.

I wonder who Ricky will take to prom. Eh, he should take Wendy. But Wendy isn't interested in him. She inwardly remarked.

Why do I even care..-

"Allison Hills! Please pay attention in my class." Her teacher snapped, his brows furrowing with frustration.

"Er, sorry. I got distracted." Allison mumbled, embarrassed.

"So you probably heard about prom." Wendy started, exchanging a thoughtful look with Ricky. "Do you plan to take someone?"

"I dunno. I don't have anyone at the moment." Ricky responded with a shrug.

"You have Allison!" Wendy chirped.

"Hah, she's probably going with Ray, Wendy." He chuckled. "I think they would be cute together."

"Oh.. she didn't tell you the whole story then." Wendy murmured, blinking away.

"What do you mean?" Ricky questioned, brushing his shaggy hair to the side. "I mean their dates didn't go as expected.. but eh, Ray's loss." He shrugged.

"Yeah, but him talking to Ivory on their date is bad." Wendy added.

"Ray doesn't deserve Allison then." Ricky frowned.

"Yeah I guess.." Wendy shrugged.

The two's eyes widened with surprise and concern as shrill cries leaked down the hallway.

"What the hell?"

"Great, Ivory. Now you will lead Ricky in here to comfort you. Then Ricky will ask me to prom." Charlie grinned.

"But I did the crying. I should go to prom with him." Ivory frowned. "He's going with me confirmed."

"I came up with the plan, Ivory." Charlie grumbled, her hands balling into fists.

"So? He's mine!" Ivory shot back.

"You already have your little boyfriend Gabe." Charlie reminded her with a small glimpse of triumph.

"None of you deserve him!" A voice hissed.

The two glanced to the side, annoyed and startled to find.. Allison?!

"You're risking to chest on your own boyfriend, Ivory." Allison continued, placing a hand on her hip. "And Charlie, you're a fake friend! Ricky doesn't like either of you."

"Watch your mouth, freshman!" Ivory snapped, grabbing Allison's blond hair- yanking it.

"Ow! Let me go!" Allison shrieked, squirming within her grasp.

With a mocking cackle, Charlie clicked open a locker, while Ivory managed to force Allison in.

"Have fun in a locker, loser!" Ivory snickered, slamming it shut.

"W-wait! You're not actually leaving me in here, are you?!" Allison wailed, banging from the inside with horror.

Ivory and Charlie exchanged a glance of triumph, while casually striding out the room.

"Someone please help me! Please! Anyone there?!" Allison let out a shrill cry, tears streaming down her face.

"Where's Allison? She was supposed to study with us." Wendy murmured.

She and Ricky both rose to their feet, examining the library with concern.

"Maybe she left school early for an appointment." Ricky suggested, though he doubted himself. "Or she's just arriving late."

"Well, if she had an appointment I'm pretty sure she'd tell us." Wendy pointed out.

"You're right." Ricky nodded agreement.

"Do you think something happened to her?" Wendy whimpered.

"I'm not sure.." He admitted, shrugging.

"We should look for her. I think something's wrong."
