"Yeah, who was that guy y/n was talking to?"


Y/N POV

I woke up to Daphne slamming her luggage shut, "what the he-"

"Finally! you're awake! hurry up! the train is coming in thirty minutes!" Daphne says "thirty minutes!?" I say as I jump out of bed. I run into the bathroom and get ready quickly before running out to my closet and grabbing sweatpants with a hoodie. I throw it on quickly before putting on my socks and shoes.

"Perfect! you just got ready in ten minutes! cmon grab your luggage let's get going" she says as she opens the door and I grab my luggage that I packed last night before sleeping.

We go down to the common room and see the boys waiting for us down there, Blaise, Draco, and Adrian. "are you ready Adrian?" I whisper to him knowing that he hates going to his house "yeah," Adrian says with a nervous nod.

Everyone who was returning home for the holidays were now at the platform going onto the train. I sit with Draco, Adrian, and Daphne while Blaise ditches us for Luna. I'm surprised she wasn't just one date, he actually likes her.

Everyone was quiet not a single word spoken. "soo, what did you all do last night?" I ask to break the silence "went to the dorm" Adrian says "I was with Bletchley all night, what about you Malfoy?" Daphne asks "at the dorm, and you y/n?" Draco asks "oh- right um, I went on the rooftop with Theo," I say "nothing else happened?" Draco asks "nope nothing else," I say "hm, that's interesting I expected him to.... kiss you or something," Draco says "oh, well we didn't kiss," I say as I avoid his eye contact.

"anyways! who are you staying with for winter break?" Daphne asks trying to change the subject "I'm hoping I can stay at my house but with my parents always fighting I might just return to Hogwarts" Adrian says "you can stay at my place Adrian" I say "really? your parents won't mind?" Adrian asks "are you kidding? they love you, even planned a wedding for us like if we're gonna get married!" I say as I laugh with Daphne and Adrian blushes at what I said.

"Are you staying at the Malfoy Manor, Draco?" I ask "do I ever stay anywhere else" he snaps "Woah calm down," I say with an awkward laugh. "I'm going to be at my nana's house," Daphne says "oh I love your nana she's hilarious!" I say "she brings too many guys home," Daphne says as she rolls her eyes "--Miles is coming with me he said he would like to meet her," Daphne says "I see Bletchley has upgraded from Bletchley to Miles!" I say, Daphne laughs a little as she blushes "of course! we're dating" Daphne says and I smile at how happy she is.

Daphne, Adrian, and I talked the whole train ride while Draco was silent. "the train finally arrived" Daphne says as the train comes to a stop "you'll write to me, right?" I ask her "of course!" Daphne says "and you Draco?" I ask "yeah," Draco says "don't lie this time mate," Adrian says as he nudges his arm "I was just busy last time that's all," Draco says.

We all exit the train and I see my parents waiting next to a pole. "mom! dad!" I shout as I run into my mom's arms "oh we've missed you so much" my dad says as he pats my back.

I arrive at my house and go straight up to my room after not being in there for months. I sit on my bed and hear a pebble hit my window, I open my curtain to see Adrian about to throw another pebble, "oh, hey mind if I sleepover?" Adrian asks "not at all," I say "great, I'll be there in two minutes," Adrian says before closing the window and grabbing a few clothes, I smile at how happy he is and close my windows along with my curtains.
