❝𝐚 𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫❞ ┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛

I entered Dr. Kang's room after my name was called. Jae-hyuk followed me behind.

"Good morning, seonsaengnim," I greeted as I entered the room.

"Good morning, Mia-ssi," Dr. Kang greeted me back with a warm smile.

I came to Dr. Kang's office because she called me earlier. She told me that she needs to check on me because she was suspecting something was on in my sonogram.

I was worried about it told Jae-hyuk to not tell Jin about it first. Let me and Jae-hyuk know about it first before telling Jin. We don't know if it's bad or good news for me.

"Mia, straight away go to the bed. I'm going to do an ultrasound on your immediately," she replied.

"Ah, nae," I replied and walked towards the leather bed.

"What do you suspect, seonsaengnim? Is it bad or good news?" Jae-hyuk asked.

"I'm not sure. That's why I want to check on her immediately. Scared that its bad news," she said as she turns on the machine.

I lay on the bed and exhaled. Of course, I was worried. Worried about both my baby and me. How if it's bad news?

"Lift your shirt a little, Mia," Dr Kang said.

"Nae~," I replied as I pulled up my shirt, exposing my bump.

"I was wondering why your bump was big. I thought maybe because this is your first pregnancy and your baby is growing quickly," Dr. Kang said while putting on the gel on my bump.

"I look at your sonogram and the recording when we did the ultrasound. I heard something else and saw something," Dr Kang added while she was putting the scanner around my bump.

"If this is bad news, I'm going to send you to the specialist immediately," Dr Kang said. I nodded.

Jae-hyuk opened his water bottle and while drinking, he looks at the ultrasound machine.

"Give me a minute. I'm gonna find it first," Dr Kang said.

Dr Kang presses a button on the side of the machine and I heard some noises coming out of the machine. It sounds like a heartbeat. Not one. But two heartbeat.

I could hear it chasing each other. Sometimes it went slow and then fast.

"I wished I know this earlier. Mia, you're having twins," Dr Kang said.

Jae-hyuk who was drinking water immediately choked when hearing Dr Kang said the word twin. My jaw dropped. There were only silence and Jae-hyuk coughing. I laughed and cupped my face.

"MWO!?" Jae-hyuk asked with a shocked tone.

"I am so sorry for this mis look. But yes, Mia is having twins," Dr Kang said. I cupped my face and laugh.

"Oh my god. This is so surprising," I said while laughing.

"What's the gender?" Jae-hyuk asked.

"Both boys," Dr Kang smiled as she runs the scanner on my bump. Jae-hyuk laughed and clapped. My jaw dropped. Both boys!?

"Mia, you will have a big family later on," Jae-hyuk commented.

"How can I get twins? I'm pretty sure in my DNA, I don't have twin genes," I said.
