Promise Me

Chapter 8

[A/N- Play the video and read. WARNING: Tears may occur.]

Colleens POV
I see the bathroom light on and I just run to the bathroom. I stop in the doorway and I fall to the ground crying my eyes out. I start shaking and I crawl over to Josh, and he just looks terrible. He is as pale as a ghost, his arms is all bloody, and he has bruises all over his face. I see the new bottle of pain killers. Oh no. I start freaking out. I find my phone, grab it, and I call 911.
"911 what's your emergency?" Says the lady
"H-H-Hi I'm C-C-Colleen Ballinger, I think m-m-my f-f-fiancé I mean, my um f-f-friend killed himself." Tears burst out of my eyes when I get to the word "Fiancé"
"Ok ma'am we are sending the ambulance now." the lady says.
"Thank you." I hang up and sit next to Josh crying. I check to see if he's breathing, and he's not.
"Josh, please. I need you with me. This can't happen to you. You mean so much to me. I will always love you no matter what happens. You are the one that makes me happy. I just need you, Joshua. Please don't go." I feel tears rolling down my face like a waterfall.
I hear the ambulance coming, so I open the door. Within minutes, paramedics rush in with a gerny, CPR stuff, breathing tanks, and other high tech stuff.
"How did this happen ma'am?" A medic asks
Well, we were fighting because I wouldn't tell him about something me and my best friend were doing for Josh and I's wedding. He was getting very angry, and said that he wanted his ring back, and he said he wish he had never met me. I went to my friends house, then came here and saw him like this." I say with a stuffy voice
I see them roll Josh out on the gerny, and he just looks dead. There is an oxygen mask hooked up to him, and lots of bandages. I start crying like a baby. We took the elevator down, and loaded up into the ambulance. I texted the whole family and Josh's family about what happened. Everyone was devistated. We arrive into the ER, and they immediately take Josh away. They say I can't go back with him, and I just fall to the floor crying. They help me to a chair, and tell me everything will be ok. But I know it won't be ok. Josh is dead.
I hear yelling, so I turn and see Rachel arguing with a doctor.
"ITS MY SISTER AND HER FIANCÉ." she screams. I quickly get up and she sees me right away. She runs up to me, and hugs me to death.
"Colleen. I'm so sorry." she says
"Rachel. It's ok. But. It's over now." I say. Tears fill my eyes. I can't take this anymore. I wish Josh didn't do this.
Rachel and I wait for hours until the doctor comes in.
"Colleen Ballinger?" The doctor yells.
"Yes?" I jump up from my seat.
"Please follow me." he says
"Is Joshua ok?!!" I say.
"Well, he may not make it. after what happened to him, he is suffering from a broken heart, which may kill him." The doctor says (A/N- it's actually possible for that to happen.)
Tears stream down my face. I walk into Josh's room, and I see him laying on the bed with about 50 machines hooked up to him. His whole arms is bandaged, his head is bandaged for some reason, and he has bruises on his face.
"Ms. Ballinger, your friend is also in a deep coma." The doctor says.
"No.No.No. This can't be happening. May I have a few minutes alone with him?" I say.
"Oh of course ma'am!" The doctor leaves the room, and I run over to the bed.
I pick up Josh's hand."Joshua, I love you so much. I need you to be here with me. I need you in my life. Without you, I'm nothing. You are the one who bring happiness to my life. Josh. Please stay with me. I'm sorry I couldn't tell you about Kory and I's idea. Please baby."
I kiss his head.

Josh's POV
I wake up in a white room.
"COLLEEN!" I yell. I hear no answer
"COLLEEN!!" I yell.
I get up from the bed, and walk around the room.
"JOSH" I hear.
I quickly turn around, but I don't see anyone.
"COLLEEN" I start freaking out. I fall to the floor.
I look up and I see myself laying in a hospital bed, with lots of things hooked up on me, bandages on my arm and head. Then, I see Colleen walk in the room. I run up to her and tap her shoulder. She dosent turn around. I see her pick up my hand, and she starts talking to me.
"COLLEEN. IM RIGHT BEHIND YOU!" I yell. She still dosent turn around.
"COLLEEN" I scream. I feel my face heating up.
"COLLEEN" I scream again. I fall to the floor crying. I clutch my heart, which is hurting a lot.
"HELP" I scream while holding my heart.
"HELP" I start crying on the floor. Nobody hears me. I close my eyes and feel no more pain.
