Inhuman (Levi x Reader)

I got my reasons

You tried to stay awake.Ugh, because of your stupid decision you had to wake up early everyday. You struggled to arrange the reports by date, fighting fatigue too. The corporal was writing something  in a lil notebook. 

What Is that?

He noticed you looking at the notebook.

"Done?"

You snapped out of it.
"N-not yet...sir..!"

You quickly got back to work. The morning seemed longer than it usually is. The other SOP members were training while you were stuck in Levi's office. 

 training's better than this tiring and boring work...Why do reports have to be in order by date anyway?

Soon, lunch came and your teammates got to the mess hall looking tired. Levi had instructed all of his squad members to eat at the secret lunch area behind his office. You wanted to eat at the mess hall instead, there are more people to chat with there. When all of you arrived at the said place he directly commanded everyone to work. The rest of the squad started to rush to different directions.They looked like they started to prepare lunch hastily.

"Um.. if we ate at the mess hall... we wouldn't trouble about preparing lunch.."

You tried to say beside Levi. He looked at you and then back to the busy squad members.

"I got my reasons..."

He dropped a rag on your hand.

"Clean the table..."

You hesitantly accepted the job and started to clean, while you and the others were busy he was standing at the front. It annoyed you how strict and bossy he orders people around and not do work at all. Finally, everything was now prepared. You and the rest of the squad sat on the table. You were about to dig in until...

"Take off your jackets.."
The corporal ordered.You (as in you and the squad) gave each other awkward puzzled looks. 

"I said take them off... they look terrible and filthy"
His voice started to sound angry so you guys had no choice but to take them off.You and the squad ate and had friendly chats and laughter while Levi, as usual, had no interest. 

After lunch, it was time for training and you tried to avoid paper work.

"Can I---"

"Clean my office"
He dropped a duster on your hands and walked to his office. You mimicked him annoyingly and followed his steps. You wondered why Levi seemed to imprison you in his office for the rest of the day. You never understood his weird orders and began to start getting annoyed.

Night came and the Corporal finally released you out of his office so that you could take your rest..  It was pretty dark in the hallways so you had to find your way to your bunk. You were cautious with each step and tried to feel a wall beside you. Your footsteps landed slowly on the old wood floor that creaked. You stopped as you started to hear other footsteps echoing in the dark. Maybe it was a cadet,  but no one would want to stay up this late.
 
“Who’s there?”
You asked , hoping someone would answer.  .  You heard the footsteps becoming faster . You started running in panic. The footsteps started to get nearer. You ran until you hit something hard. You fell onto the floor. You could hear the footsteps stopping beside you.
 
No, please… Levi, save me…
 
Speaking of Levi, you remembered the pen he gave you today. You quickly shifted your legs and  knocked off the intruder’s feet. You got up quickly and pulled out the pen.
 
“ (Name), this pen’s tip is sharp and hard as a knife”
 
You stabbed it onto one of his ankles, tearing an Achilles tendon. He kicked you off before you could stab the other.
 
“It’s handle has various purposes. You can pull it off, pull the trigger out and it’s now a small gun. It’s made out of wood on the outside, this kind of wood can make fire once you scratch a stick onto it.”
You grabbed an ordinary pen and scratched it onto the special pen’s handle. It became a torch and with its light you saw the intruder in black, on the floor and bleeding. He was struggling to stand.
 
“Who are you?!”
 
“A fugitive”
 
A voice came as well as the rest of the squad members with lamps.
 
“Le-! I mean, sir!”
