It hasn't rained in days and it's super hot out. Do these guys think that I'm stupid or something?
I continued walking, acting like nothing was wrong. I noticed Kakashi tense out of the corner of my eye.
Good. He knows too.
All of a sudden chains wrapped around Kakashi-sensei and ripped 'him' apart.
"Kakashi-sensei!" Naruto and Sakura yelled in shock.
"One down." One of the mysterious men said.
Sasuke acted quickly, throwing shuriken and pinning them by their chains to a tree. For extra strength, I threw a kunai through the center of the shuriken and into the tree. The men broke free from the chains. One ran towards the bridge builder, whom Sakura was standing in front of. The other man ran towards Naruto. Sasuke sprinted in front of Sakura and I ran towards Naruto. The man was able to nick Naruto's hand before I was able to block him with my kunai.
There was too much pressure for me to block completely and he was able to make a deep gash on my forehead. Luckily, before any more damage could be done, Kakashi-sensei came and grabbed both men by their necks and tied them up.

I quickly tightened my headband before anyone could see that I was injured. After all, my mission is to keep Naruto safe. And Naruto's hurt so I can't have Kakashi worrying about me. I'll just treat my wounds when we get back home.
I must have been too deep into my thoughts because I suddenly heard Sakura yell at Naruto. I looked up and saw Naruto freaking out with a bloody kunai on the ground next to him.
"HAHAHAHA! You idiot, your gonna die of blood loss. And this is after you gave that whole stupid speech about you being strong. Hahaha. You're such a dumb ass sometimes Naruto." I yelled while laughing my ass off, in order to hide the pain I'm in.
"Says you shorty! At least I have the guts to stick a kunai in my hand." Naruto yelled back.
"Who are you calling so short that you need a microscope to see!"(FMA) I yelled furiously.
"No one said that loser." Sasuke just had to add in his two sense.
"No one asked you Sasuke." I stuck my tongue out at him.
The rest of the way was spent with me, Naruto, and Sasuke arguing, while Sakura punched Naruto and me on the head. Which by the way hurt like hell, considering my injury. But I wasn't gonna back down from a fight.
