Quirk: Buffer
Description: Stiller can produce circular or ovular blue shields capable of buffering physical attacks and quirk effects. They can also be put together to create enclosed spaces and used to contain someone. The effects of the quirk of someone trapped within these shields cannot be felt outside of them. They also block out sound.
The amount of buffers that can be made is dependent on the size of others that have been made. They can last for hours or days at a time if he stays awake long enough. The larger/more numerous the buffers are, the less time they will be active.
He must touch the spot he wishes to place a shield with some part of his body (usually his hands), but the shield will stay in the same spot until dissolved, even if it is suspended in mid-air.
