I laughed

So loud that tears were streaming down my face.

What has my life come into? I questioned myself.

a week ago i would probably laugh if someone told me what I have been facing these past I don't even know how many days

So I stopped laughing, this is real

The old lady's eyes were dead serious waiting for a reply, An answer that could satisfy her curiosity

"I don't know what you're talking about" i tell her.

I then stare at her, pretending and acting clueless

Her head Turing to the side, Hiding her smile tells me enough that there's no point in lying,She obviously didn't believe me

Then my mind started wondering and questions like who is she?, how does she know?, am I in danger right now?

She must have read my mind because the next thing she said is "My name is Christen but u can call me Chrissy dear"

Christen

Christen

Christen

My mind continues repeating that name over and over again, Now that she told me her name I can't help but feel a familiarity to it

Her warm face, her motherly tone, the way she called me dear it's like I'm already used to her calling me that.

I missed her but who is she I have the urge to wrap my arms around her to smell her flowery scent close but why

The more I tried thinking the more my headache worsen

"Sugar"she exclaimed looking confused to why I have gotten silenced

I slowly started laughing awkwardly and replied with a " I'm here"

" you look like you could get some rest honey"she said while gesturing for me to get inside her house

I hesitated a little but for some reason I went inside feeling like I'm entering my house for the first time ever

When I got in she closed the door behind her and who knows maybe just maybe entering her house could reveal things about my life
