Chapter 10.

Tyler’s POV.

*BUZZ* *BUZZ* I tossed in my bed to face my alarm clock.  I read the aluminous numbers on the screen, 6.00am.  Time for me to start getting ready I guess.  I hate waking up in the morning.  I got out of bed and stretched.  I went into the bathroom to start getting ready.  I got into a quick shower, 25 minutes and brushed my teeth.  I walked out of the bathroom with a towel around my waist so no-one could see anything underneath.  I walked into my bedroom and straight to my closet.  I got my white t-shirt out and my baggy blue jeans.  I put my boxers on and then my clothes.  I got my bag ready, put my sneakers on and went downstairs to eat.  I was hungry!

‘’Hello Tyler.  I, your father and Mason are going on vacation tonight for 5 days.  I’ll leave you enough money for food and please don’t have any house parties or if you go to a party please don’t get too drunk’’.  

‘’I won’t mum, don’t worry.  I’m off now, bye’’.  I kissed my mum on the cheek, grabbed the buttered toast and rushed out the door to my car.  I got in and drove to Drake’s house.

I approached his house pretty quick and honked waiting for him to come out.  He finally did and got in, we drove to school and we were pretty early.  We decided to just chill in the car till the bell went.

I saw Erick’s car coming into the parking lot and parking up.  He didn’t get straight out and I really wanted to go up to him and punch him.  He knows I like Lucy yet he flirts with her and drives her home.  I didn’t go up to him because I know I’m better than that.  I actually lost a good friend because of a girl; well I guess that’s the risk I’m going to have to take.  It’s not like we’ll never be friends.  I still can’t get over the fact I like a girl that hates me.  I haven’t even done anything, I don’t think I have.

*BUZZ* *BUZZ*.

Finally the bells gone, time to get out of this place.  Erick better not be outside because today I was hoping to apologise to Lucy but she wasn’t in which just made me quite angry and a let down on the whole day.  All of the lunch, Summer was trying to kiss me; she was really annoying me and I couldn’t take it anymore.  I’m really wasn’t in the mood today.  I went out to field and sat on my own; people were giving me some right weird stares but didn’t say anything because they knew what I would do.  I wouldn’t touch a girl but a boy, I don’t care.  If they get on the wrong side of me then there are going to be some consequences.

I sat down on my own and took out my black iPhone to text Lucy and apologise.  I got her text up and started typing ‘’Lucy, I’m sorry.  I got mad for no reason and well I do like you but you really shouldn’t have found out from someone other than me x’’  I was just about to send it but my finger wasn’t pressing onto the screen, it just went to the delete button so everything I typed was gone.  I really do not know what’s wrong with me today.

I walked out to the parking lot and Erick was there talking to Drake by his car.  I really needed to talk to Drake about something.  I walked over to Drake to get him to come but Erick spotted me and started to walk over.  I’m guessing he wants to fight, I’m up for it.

‘’What’s your problem dude, flirting with her when you know I like her?’’ I started; I was really getting mad now.  I was breathing so heavily but Erick didn’t even look mad, more amused but I’ll change that.
