They walk in the house. "I'll be right back. I need to take a shower and change." Amy says giving him a peck on the cheek before running upstairs. 'She hasn't healed yet.' Maria warns. "How could she not? She seems back to normal, mostly." Shadow adds crossing his arms. It's not that Shadow didn't want to kiss her its just that he doesn't know if the feeling is mutual and he's scared. 'Tsk, tsk, tsk Shadow. You should know better. Look into her eyes. They're still missing its love.' Maria informs and Shadow rolls his eyes. "Okay, okay. Whatever you say Maria." Shadow says doubtfully. His fear has caused him to miss the truth. He has become blinded by fear. Minutes later Amy comes down in her normal attire looking like herself again. She runs up and hugs him. She opens her mouth to tell him she loves him but the words wouldn't come. She frowns. Shadow kisses the top of her head and holds her close resting his chin on her head. All that mattered to Shadow was that Amy was happy and comfortable. Shadow had one priority roght now in life, Amy.
