The swirling, shifting pull of the floo seemed to further remind him of this imbalance. It was like his little one was being pulled to the left and he to the right in some moments making it feel like an eternity longer than it actually was, expelling him and Severus outside Draco's office, Harry clinging to Severus's arm tighter, the elder wrapping him securely in his arms to steady them both. Harry was just glad the puking was done, otherwise it would be more reminiscent of his first apparition practice than his floo experience.

"Are you alright Harry?" Severus's soft voice brought him back after a moments of calming breaths in the silence, his spindly fingers a touch too cool on his cheek as he raised Harry's face to meet his eyes to check on his condition. His other rested closer to the bottom left of Harry's belly, as though to both check on and help Harry support the little one inside as the green-eyed man caught his breath.

"Yes, I'm alright." Harry chuckled breathlessly.

"Draco warned us about this, remember? You worry too much."

"I made a career of it, if you recall." He responded dryly, a raised brow accentuating just how unimpressed he was with that particular statement, making Harry roll his eyes and reach up to kiss the tip of that beak like nose, making Severus sputter and himself snicker as he extracted himself from his steady hold and almost swayed- he did not waddle thank you very much! Towards the large doors to Draco's office, the receptionist desk empty as it always was when Draco had high profile patients. The Black's family clinic was always very careful with privacy for all wizards and witches, including when working with Harry- one of the founders of the Lupin institute of Lycanthropy.

Indeed, reporters would be gnashing at the bit to just get a glimpse inside the large clinic, Rita skeeter having firsthand experience with their anti-animagi security wards. The floor was a welcoming cream tile, with bursts of color here and there that shifted sedately every few minutes, making an almost hypnotic calming experience for families who've no choice but to bring other children along for appointments, big fluffy rugs and toys neatly nestled in the corners surrounding plush and welcoming couches and chairs of more shifting colors and celestial designs, the walls having a large flicking design of the Sirius constellation.

Harry couldn't help but stare at it with a soft sadness mingling with his fondness, a hand resting on his belly as he settled in the seat closest to the doors, they had arrived a bit early. He truly wished Sirius and Remus could be here to see the next little Potter, just as he always felt every time one of his children were about to enter the world. Although, it would be entertaining to see their reaction to who was the other father- entertaining or terrifying in the least.

"Hello Harry, Severus. I see you're coming along well." Draco remarked at the sizable belly as he opened the door, leading them into his office.

"We're going to do an ultrasound today Harry, make sure the baby is coming down into position." He motioned them to the medical bed.

"Position?" Severus asked.

"Yes well, in a typical pregnancy the baby will shift so that their head faces downward towards the... er, exit. This will be just the same, as the baby can't tell the difference." Harry looked at him with wide eyes.

Draco adjusted the bed before squeezing the cool ultrasound jelly onto the exposed stomach. As he placed the wand onto his skin, an almost perfectly clear image of their baby could be seen on the monitor. He moved the wand around for several minutes.

"All seems well and on track... I did however want to talk to you about the... birthing method. Which you'd prefer I mean." Wizard pregnancies were a bit more complicated.

"There is a more natural path, and a surgical path, each containing their own risks of course though I've never had any complications with any of my patients." At this Severus and Harry glanced at one another, the same thought playing clearly across their faces. Draco might as well have jinxed them. Swallowing audibly, Harry squeezed Severus's hand, a small bolt of joint anxiety reaching them through their bond.
