Chapter 4: Proving Worth

After Breakfast, Y/n walks to the rooftop of the the Company 8 Headquarters with Maki Oze. Once he makes it up there he see Shinra, Arthur and Hinawa already up there,

Y/n: "Hey Arthur." *Arthur looks over to Y/n with irritation while the other teen merely smirks* "Enjoy the trip down the slope."

Hinawa: *as Arthur was about to draws what seemed to be a cross* "That's enough."

Y/n: *walks up and salutes Takehisa* "Sir, what is the orders?"

Takehisa: "The rookie games are coming up I wanna see what you got in advance since you are the newest member to are fire soldiers, I need to see your powers in action."

Y/n: "Yes sir."

Hinawa: "Go and take on Maki, Shinra, and Arthur."

Shinra: "What?! All of us?!"

Arthur: "Not really the most honorable thing for a knight.."

Maki: "But si-" *A low chuckle could be heard by everyone as they turned their head to the new recruit*

Y/n: *cracks his knuckles* "3 against 1 huh?" *smirks as he turns his eye to Hinawa* "Sounds like a challenge ..... for those three."

Arthur, Shinra, and Maki face turned from concerned to angry from Y/n's comment.

You walk with the other fire soldiers, just far enough so Hinawa could see the action.  

Hinawa: "Shinra, you take the lead."

Shinra: "Yes sir!" *Y/n looks at the Shinra and notices he is not wearing any shoes* 

Y/n: 'Hm...pyrokinesis from his feet huh? That means Shinra is not only a 3rd generation but he mainly focuses on kicks' *Glances at Arthur and notices his cross* 'Hm....meanwhile Arthur has a cross shaped tool...and the closes thing to a cross shaped weapon from the hand in the real world are swords. Another 3rd generation.' *glances at Maki taking a stance* 'Maki looked much more well built then the other two... and judging by her stance... 2nd Generation and more of a powerhouse between the three..' *Y/n merely closes his eyes and begins to hop in place to get the body worked up before take a fighting stance * "Well let's do this."

Shinra ignited flames beneath his feet and flies straight at Y/n, but as he was about to deliver a round house at Y/n. Y/n swing his arm upward before grabbing and hurling Shinra at Maki.

Shinra: 'Gah, shit Y/n's g-" *suddenly Y/n appear right in front of Shinra to the demon hero's shock* 'W-what the when did-' *His thought is interrupted as Y/n deliver a powerful haymaker on his jaw slamming him into the ground knocking him unconscious*

Hinawa: *eyes widen as he see Y/n slowly gets up from a unconscious Shinra* 'Y/n quickly analyzed the others and already knew how to take Shinra down.. but that speed and power...Impressive.'

Arthur: "You won't beat me like Shinra, Excalibur."

Arthur ignites his lightsaber and charges at Y/n. But as he does, Y/n dodges everyone of dumb swordsman's attacks. Before Y/n disarms of Arthur with a hard chop before unleashing a barrage of punches and kicks straight at Arthur's gut. But soon Arthur is seen getting slammed into a wall with a few teeth knocked out, by Y/n who delivered a powerful round house.

Maki: *grits her teeth* 'Damn Y/n's fucking good.. his stance.. and fighting style.. He's not like the other two... all those hits...they were targeted....Y/n...is a martial Artist.."

Y/n looks over to Maki and with incredible speeds appears in front of her and rushes in with a barrage and kicks, and punches. Which Maki guards with both of her arms getting pushed back by the Martial Artist.
