Chapter 10

Liv was trying literally every phone number she could but they were all switched off or they just weren't answering.
She even tried calling the police but unluckily for her there was no service outside. She had to get home first.

Harry was supposed to come home tonight and she hasn't even heard from him since he's left.
She was planning to get home, pack her things and go to the hotel.

She opened her front door and closed it shut locking it behind her.

"No need to lock it sweetheart. You're safe" Kieran says switching on the dinning room lights

She screams only making him chuckle. He found the documents that Sophie had brought to her earlier.

"I guess my secret's out" he stands up walking toward her. She was shaking and trembling in fear.

"K-Kieran?" She says. He caresses her hair, swirling it around his fingers.

"Oh please. Call me Brandon" he smirks.

"What do you want?" Her voice trembling as she tried her best not to cry.

"I just want you sweetheart." He smiles.

He grabs her waist so tightly and tries to kiss her lips but she backs away.

He was handling her so roughly that she couldn't even move. Every move he made against her skin was rough.
She finally kicked him in the groin. She ran up the stairs at the speed of light and locked the door behind her.

She quickly dialled Harry. She thanked the heavens that he picked up.

"Harry!" She cried.

"Babe what's wrong?" He asked immediately

"He's an impostor and he's here!" She sobs.

"Babe calm down okay? Who's there?" Harry asks

"Kieran. He's an impostor and he's going to kill me" she cried.

"Where are you" Harry's voice was much louder.

"In the room." She says.

"Okay babe, I'm almost there okay? You're gonna have to call the police okay. While they're on their way you need to look for a way out" he says.

"He's coming" she whispered hearing his loud footsteps coming towards her bedroom.

"Just hide okay?" Harry says. He wanted to get home to his Angel. He wanted to help her. He was 15 minutes away from the house and he knew he needed to be quick.

"I'm gonna hang up okay? And you're gonna hide and you're gonna call the police right now" he says.

"Okay" he says.

"I love you. Please be safe and quiet. I'm on my way" he says.

"I love you too" she hang up the phone.

She immediately had to think of something. She opened up her windows leading to the balcony. It was a long way down.

She heard loud and violent knocks on her door.
"Open up princess. You can't hide in there forever" he shouts.

She opens her drawers and brings out every single bedsheet she and Harry owned.
She quickly tied them together to form a long rope. She tied it to the bed and let it fall out the balcony. She had a plan though.

Kieran's knocks on the door became more loud. He was now kicking the door to break it down.

She immediately hid inside of her closet and brought out her phone to call the police. At that very moment, Kieran broke down the door. He ran towards the balcony looking down. That was her queue. She stood up and she ran out of the room as fast as she could. Kieran realizing it was a trick groaned in anger.

He wasn't bothered that she'd escape. He locked up every window, every door. She was trapped. She ran downstairs into Harry's office and hid under his desk.

She proceeded to dial 999. It rung for a few times and the operator's feminine  voice was heard.

"999 what's your emergency?" The operator asks.

"My name is Olivia Cumberbatch. There's a man in my house and he's trying to kill me" she whispered.

"Are you some place safe?" She asks

"Yes I am for now."

"Give us your address and we'll send the closest officers over to you" the operator said.

But before she could speak a word, she was yanked from the table and her phone was smashed to the ground. Even if the police tried to trace her call, it was impossible because the line had been cut.

It wasn't Kieran who pulled her out. It was Molly.

'Of course he'd bring backup' she thought.
