"All right. All right. I'm 3.6 inches, what do you got?" Bob asked.
Cammie snorted to herself.
"Bit short, Bob," she whispered.
"I'm not sure. Cam?" Mike said.
Cammie time jumped, putting the tape measure against the drawing Bob wanted. Bob stared at her.
"I've got, uh, powers," she said.
"Right," Bob said.
"Twenty-one feet, four inches," Joyce read the tape measure.
"What about Tippecanoe to Danford Creek?" Bob said.
"Danford? Where's Danford?" Joyce said.
"Dining room," Will said.
Cammie time jumped there, holding the tape measure to Danford.
"Sixteen feet, ten inches," Joyce said.
"Danford to Jordan?" Bob asked.
"Oh, come on. This has gotta be enough," Joyce said.
"It's not. It's... it's really not," Bob shook his head.
"Okay. Can't you figure it out?" Joyce said.
"Well, it's hard. The ratio isn't exactly one-to-one. I mean, if you're twisting my arm, and you are twisting my arm, I would say that the X is... maybe a half mile southeast of Danford?" Bob estimated.
Cammie dropped the tape measure and time jumped to the front door.
"Thank you. Thank you," Joyce kissed Bob's cheek, grabbed the map and ran to Cammie with Will and Mike right behind her.
"What? Are we... we really going?" Bob hurried after them.
Cammie, Will and Mike sat in the backseat of Joyce's car as she and Bob sat in the front, Bob holding a map as they tried to find X.
"There's nothing. There's nothing here," Mike looked around where Bob had said the X was.
"Are... Are we close?" Joyce said.
"We're in the vicinity," Bob said.
"What's that mean, the vicinity?" Joyce said.
"It means we're close. I don't know. It's not precise," Bob said.
"But we did all that work," Joyce said.
"Guys," Mike said, seeing Cammie's eyes fluttering.
She was in her void, making sure Hopper didn't turn up there any time soon.
"I told you, the scale ratio is not exactly one-to-one. We needed to take-"
"Turn right," Will's voice was joined by Cammie's.
Hers was strained and her eyes shot open, revealing pure white irises that terrified Mike.
"Holy shit, holy shit, holy shit," Mike whispered, looking between his two psychopath best friends.
"What?" Joyce said.
"I saw him," Will said.
"Where?" Joyce said.
"Not here. In my now-memories," Will said.
"In your what?" Bob said.
"Turn right," Cammie's voice changed to be deeper, almost like she was possessed.
Joyce turned right and drove right through a sign for pumpkins. Joyce slammed on before they drove right into a hole.
"Are you okay?" Joyce looked in the backseat at Will, Mike, and Cammie.
