It's hard for her to trust because of her screwed up past, but once you earn her trust she'll die for you.

Backstory: Ana grew up in an orphanage, forgotten by others and left to rot by her family, she ran away and chose a life on the streets of Gotham. After a few years she was taken in by Roxanne, who raised Ana as her own. Roxanne also happened to be a martial arts teacher, and taught Ana how to defend herself. Ana was helping her mother with painting her martial arts studio, and left to get some more paint. But when she was walking home, she was attacked. She was saved by Batman and Robin, also known as Jason Todd. She only got a few glimpses of her rescuers before they were gone. She met Jason Todd again after a few months and they became friends, and stayed friends up until his death. When she found out, she was devastated and angry, she was never the same after her best friend died. She swore she would help Batman to keep this from happening to someone else, and she became Lady Red.
Trivia:
• She prefers pistols and sniper rifles to other guns, she finds they're lightweight and easy to use.
• When Jason Todd came back, she was shocked and couldn't believe that he was really alive. But once she found him again she never left his side.
• Her costume is inspired by the Nightwing costume, except black with a red accents and a red symbol across the chest. It's a robin bird, to honor her fallen friend. She wears a black domino mask and prefers to keep her hood up while fighting.
• She was abandoned by her birth mother's husband, Robert, because he found out Ana was the love child of Josephine and a boyfriend that she had at the beginning of their marriage.
