LEXA POV
Clarke and I walk back to my room and I started laughing when Clarke thought Luna was my girlfriend. Does this mean she was jealous? I think she was. I considered this as a victory to mine. Just like any conversations we had, it always die down to an awkward silence. But to my shock, Clarke came close to me and we started making out.

It wasn't until my phone rings. I cursed inwardly for this kind of interruptions.

- "Hey Marcus, what's up?" - I ask answering the phone

- "I wanted to ask if I should register you for November's next year? - Marcus asks. I think for a second to respond. Could I do it?

- "I'm not sure if I can do it." - I say sighing.

- " I know you can. You're smart, Lexa." - He says trying to boost up my confidence.

- "I guess there's no harm in trying." - I say as I sigh.

I end the call and sit back down beside Clarke. I groan and she just looks at me.

- Is everything okay? - Clarke reaches down to stroke my arms.

I look at her and smile - Yea

I look at her and smile - Yea. I'm just being pressured to do something I know I'm not ready to. - I say

- Care to share? - Clarke asks smiling and I just chuckled

- I haven't told anyone about this yet, Clarke. Only Luna and Marcus knows. - I say looking at her

Clarke sits up properly and acts like she was zipping her mouth shut. I sigh and nod

- Well, you know how I'm taking Art and Culinary right? - I ask her and she nods

- I kind of, well, uh... having other classes every Saturday's and Weeknights - I say quietly

- What do you mean? - Clarke looks at me confused

- If you don't know, this family I got adopted to has such big names. Marcus is a lawyer and Luna is a doctor. Marcus owns a firm that is somewhat kind of a foundation too. So he wants someone to pass the company to, or at least someone he trust - I say looking down

- Am I thinking what I think you're saying? - Clarke asks and I look at her

- It depends what you think. What do you think? - I ask since I think it's easier to say yes than explaining.

Clarke thinks for a second before speaking. - Correct me if I'm wrong. BUT Marcus wants you to take over the company? And that you're either taking law classes or management course. - Clarke says

I look at her frozen. Should I tell her? Clarke waves a hand in front of my eyes and I snap back to reality.
