Reunited With The Forgotten

I woke up with sunlight hitting my face. I can't help but to smile when I saw Aiden snuggling down to my body. He is hugging me as if I'm going to leave him. His head is in my neck— making it looks like the most comfortable place there is.

I reached out to my face to cover my mouth as I yawn. I then, caress his head lightly using my free hand.

"Mmm..." He buried his face even deeper to my neck. It tickles me a little and it made me giggle.

"Morning..." Mahina kong saad habang may sinusupil na ngiti sa labi.

Matunog itong ngumiti. "Good Morning, Love..."

Naalala ko nanaman ang mga nangyari kagabi pagkatapos kong manood nang cartoon na movie. This guy made me watch a very cringy romance movie. And what's even worse is that it contains SPG! Gosh!

Medyo lumayo ako nang konti para tignan siya. Hawak parin nito ang beywang ko nang gawin ko yun.

"What?" He asked using his bedroom voice.

I gave him a playful glare. "Meron ka pang kasalanan sakin."

He chuckled deeply. "Parang wala naman."

I scoffed. "You made me watch that—!" I can't even say what it is. It's just too much!

"Watch what?" Maang-maangan nito.

"T-that movie!" Mautal-utal kong saad.

He laughed. "You can't even say what it is..."

"Pano ang bastos naman non!" Asik ko.

"Na-enjoy mo naman, eh." Biro pa nito.

"Sorry, but I don't." Napangiwi pa ako. Tinawanan lang ako ng lintek!

Napatigil ito ng sandali bago ako muling tinignan na para bang may mali. "Don't you find it gross to talk to each other without brushing our teeth?"

I gasped. Mabilis akong napaupo para amuyin ang sarili kong hininga. He sat as well after.

Napabuntong-hininga na lang ako nang napagtanto ko na wala naman pala itong amoy.

Mabilis ko siyang tinampal sa braso. Napatawa lang ito nang malakas.

"Wala namang amoy, ah!" Depensa ko.

He looked at me like he doesn't do anything. "I didn't say it smells bad, though. You just assumed it."

I sneered when I thought of something. "Baka hininga mo yung mabaho."

He looked so horrified after he heard it. "No, it's not!"

I sneered even more. "Diba malapit ang bibig sa ilong?"

He scoffed in disbelief. "That's absurd! My breath is far more better than being that!"

I laughed. "You can't be sure." I shrugged after.

I stood up while still smiling like an idiot. It just brings me happiness whenever I pester someone to get even with their teasing. The feels made my hips sway a little as I walk my way to the bathroom.

As I brush my teeth, I heard some heavy steps making its way here. It sounds like a sulking kid being forced to go to school.

"Hmp!" Padabog nitong kinuwa ang tooth brush sa cup at nagsipilyo sa tabi ko. Malamang ay nagtataka kayo kung bakit meron akong tooth brush dito sa tinutuluyan niyang kwarto.
