{Y/n's Pov}
=-End of the boat's trip=-
The captain agrees to drop them off close by the exam site. When the ship stopped at the docks, gon runs off the boat. Meanwhile, you hold on to your backpack straps and shut your eyes taking in the air. A breeze blows some of your h/c locks to the side of your face. You then opened your eyes and your e/c orbs looked down at the docks, seeing gon exchanging talks with the captain. You moved your foot in front of another, kicking some of the dirt off the boat's rail floor as you walked down. You continue to stare down at your dirty sneakers, but you look up to see gon waving at you. You smiled brightly and walked over to where he was.
"What's up gon?..." He then smiles and pointed at the city up on the hill where a large tree was at. "The captain told me that the exam site is there, so we should head there!" You hum to yourself and calculate the time and the location that will probably be there."So shortcut?..." You turn and look at him and hold out a finger to your soft lips. "Mhm! Let's go!" He grabs your arm and drags you towards leorio and kurapika who were staring at a city map. You sighed and stuck your hand in a pocket of your shorts while the other one was taken by gon. Your e/c eyes widen as you turned your head to look behind at the docks. You sensed another presence following you and gon from the start of the boat ride. The figure cowered behind boxes as your face darkened and sent out a death glare, making the air tense for everyone behind them.//play the song >:3 wait till 0:37 to read this U_U// They start to walk with their bandaged hands clenched as they feel the stranger's footsteps. Their hair bounced as they walked towards gon, but they changed their expression to a smiling one. The follower already knows that they've been spotted.

"Strange.....I'll keep an eye out...." You mumbled out, getting gon's attention.
"You said something y/n-san?..."
"hmm?...oh nothing!~" You gave him a sincere smile, his face turned a tinted pink, and then quickly looked back at the map. You arched your eyebrows as you looked back, e/c orbs would glare, as their lips formed a line. You, gon, kurapika, and leorio would scan the map, while you stood by them and looking back to check. Gon already started to notice their weird behavior and they simply went along with it.
"That's weird..." Leorio turns and looks at the tree behind the city in front of them. "Isn't the exam supposed to be held somewhere in zaban city? See?" Leorio gets closer to the map board and leans on it.
Y/n turned to face them, and you scratched your head as you gave them a dumbfounded look. "So the tree is in the opposite direction of where the exam is supposed to be?..." you responded, with a confused look.
"Could you have probably misheard the captain?" Kurapika asks, making your eyebrow twitch but you kept composure at his antics. Gon simply like the sweet cinnamon roll that he is, shook his head, and looked at kurapika.
"I'm pretty sure that's what he told me...."
Kura replied."I see...." You sweatdropped at their exchange and turn towards leorio who held a paper in his hands.
"And this notice isn't any help!" He snapped, crushing the paper between his hand.
"Where, exactly in zaban city are we meant to go?.." He scratched his head, and kurapika crossed his arms and closed his eyes in disappointment.
"Our job is to find the exam site, by using a limited amount of information about it...Just another test before we'll be allowed to take the hunter exam." Leorio then stomped his foot like a child and snapped at kurapika. "I-i...knew that!" Gon smiled as he sweatdropped. "Well.. anyway, I'll go and check! The captain must have had a reason to suggest that." Gon starts to walk away from them and looks back at y/n. "Oi oi! (Kacchan?) Are you serious?.." Leorio replied. "The bus to zaban is going to leave!" He points at the bus stop and stares at gon then at y/n. You shook your head and smiled as you ran up to gon and followed him. You turn and gave them a smile, as you and gon waved your hand at kurapika and leorio.
"Hey! " Leorio screeched.
He also rubs his head and grumbles something that, y/n couldn't hear and they continue walking forward with gon. He gave you a smile, as you both walked side by side to each other. You looked back and your e/c eyes meet kurapika's, he walked behind you and smiled softly and you looked behind him seeing leorio walk the other way. You shrugged and mentally counted in your head, and you giggled. "1....2....and-.."
"Hey!...Hey! wait up!.." Leorio yelled, waving his suitcase around as he ran after them.
=_Timeskip a bit_=
"I knew you guys would be lonely without me!" Leorio boasted as everyone walked on a dirt trail.
"Sorry leorio but I would be pretty lonely without gon...but you still seem pretty new to me.." Y/n yawned out and looked over to gon who smiled. Kurapika chuckles, as leorio starts to spit something back to kurapika and then at gon. Y/n slows down a bit, walking behind the group a bit. They then look back and see the same big-nosed man from earlier at the docks, following the group cautiously. The spider was somehow ticked, but they smile slightly knowing what they can do to them. They shake their head and lifted up their hand to their head.
"What am I thinking...I'm not zero...I'm just y/n.." They mumbled before walking away and ignores the stalker.
