Chapter five : Can I sit with you?

There he was on the last bench. Leaning back on the chair, outstretching his legs on the table.

He was wearing a grey zip-up baggy hoodie, with black ripped jeans.

His hands were on the back of his head, his eyes closed, preventing me from seeing those green gems called eyes.

I was mesmerized only by a sight of him.

God's too kind on me today, I'm getting whatever I want.

Damn

I was smiling like an idiot.

Zoe turned to me and snapped her fingers infront of my face.

"Hey!!!!" She said taking me out of my la la land

"What are you looking at?" She asked following my gaze.

Her eyes widened at the sight of him. She looked at me again, blinked her eyes a few times then opened her mouth "You know him? " She asked

No.

I know absolutely nothing about him.

The smile on my face instantly faded. I shook my head left and right.

"Who's he ?" I asked

A smile took over her face "He's the hottest guy of Northwood high, Totally badass" She said in a dramatic way.

I averted my gaze towards him.

Well...I can figure it out by his carefree manner, the way he leaned on the chair, looked like he owns the school.

"Girls are always creeping around him, wandering for his attention." She finished.

"And the best thing is that He's my boyfriend" she said

What !

But how? He didn't seemed like that. His body didn't radiated the aura of a-guy-like-this.

I mean he was dating Zoe what else could you expect from him.

Maybe he's not like what I thought.
Maybe he's just a guy wandering around girls only to get into their pants.

Confused

I looked towards Zoe with a puzzeled face

"We're madly in love with eachother" She said in a assuring tone. But with that same smile she used give me back then.

Yeah right

I know what madly-in-love is for her, loving eachothers body not soul and that too not for long.

Then I turned my gaze towards him again.

That's why I don't believe my heart.

That idiot pumping machine said he's unique.

But in fact he's just another guy who dates bitches like Zoe, I know I'm judging him without knowing anything about him but what else can I do,

I'm a human too, I have a habit to judge people.

Zoe shook my shoulder "Hey! What're ya thinking 'bout?"

"Nothing" I said with a smile "I'm happy for that you finally got a guy. A permanent guy" I added

She smiled
