1976
We became a couple after that day. That year in high school would be the one that I would be subjected to two significant changes; being adopted, and my new relationship.

Over the years, I devolped a better support system. Slowly but surely, I became more trusting of Mary and Hank (I guess I should call them Mom and Dad now, right?)

In 1974, AC/DC hired Bon Scott, replacing Dave Evans who was the orimgal feller who sang alongside me. Despite Bon looking like a big tough scary guy, in reality he's a big teddy bear. For my birthday, he gifted me a journal with Lynyrd Skynyrd on the cover, a band him and I both would die for.

In it, I wrote down all my thoughts, feelings, and poteinal musical contributions that the band could use.

"Hey boys!" I strided into the studio, plopping myself down next to Angus and giving him a quick peck on the lips. "So High Voltage was a hit, the next album has to be even better so get your thinking caps on!"

Despite the fact that these guys are some of the most rowdy and goofy men I've met, I thoroughly admire their dedication to creating good music. I learn alot from them, working with them helps my solo projects as well. And I truly owe it to Malcolm and Angus for helping me kick my eating disorder. Angus himself gets the credit for helping me find my confidence to speak again.

And I just know things are going to get even better from here.
