Haley's POV
I woke up still in Brendon's arms laying in the grass in front of the apartment complex. I tried to get up without waking him but failed. His adorable and peaceful face changed into a smile. His eyes were still closed as he tightened his grip on me pulling me closer to him if that was even possible.
He looked at me with a serious face but clearly still tired and says, "I will go to prom with you under one condition".
I giggle and nod so he continues, "Be my girlfriend?".
I softly kiss his lips and whisper, "yes".
We go back inside with my arms around his waist and his arms around my shoulders for once. I saw everyone playing Halo 4 which Zack is the best at it. I mouth to Jordan who was holding Najma's hand 'Are you two dating?' and he nods. I smile and tell everyone to come eat.
Finally, a simple breakfast for once: cereal.
"What are the plans for today?" I say through a mouthful of cornflakes.
All the girls look at me and scream, "DRESS SHOPPING!".
Ugh I forgot about that and plus I'm not really a dress person but a deal is a deal. We hurry to finish breakfast and I change into my blue skinnies, a Red Hot Chili Peppers shirt and black converse.
Brendon comes up to me and hands me one of his credit cards.
"Spend as much as you want just not to the point where I'm broke."
I smile and we laugh at what he said. I kiss his cheek and say goodbye to all the guys.
Before I get in the car I run back to the house and say, "Zack, make sure they don't go through my stuff please".
"Okay" he says and Brendon jumps in, "We won't. I promise".
I smile and turn to walk off when he grabs my arm and pulls me back toward him and kisses me in front of everyone. The guys have seen us before but the girls and Jordan went ballistic.
I get back to the car and was engulfed with questions I didn't feel like answering so I went to sleep in the back seat. When we got to Khol's we went in and I saw Breanna and Aysha waiting for us. Breanna is one of Najma's best friends and a co-worker of mine at FYE. We are friends but I never paid much attention to her so I don't know her that well. Aysha was Jordan's girlfriend in tenth grade but they broke up soon because Jordan liked me. It pissed me off that he did that to her so we became really close friends afterwards.
There are so many dresses to choose from it was unreal and the only thing running through my head was:
'It's gunna be a long day'.
