Haley's POV

It was Christmas break and I didn't have to go to school for a while, so I decided to meet up with the band and practice one more time before our performance at Barebulb.

When we got to Barebulb I waited outside until we went on. It usually isn't this packed but its crazy full of people tonight and I realize that this is the first time I'm actually singing in front of a large crowd. I began to shake from nerves and I felt a hand grab mine. I look up to see Jordan, our bass guitarist, and my best guy friend since forever.

"Everything will be okay" he says with a huge smile so I nodded and we began to warm up our instruments and vocals.

I started to listen to the people before us and they were all talented but Jordan swears we are so much better. He holds my hand one more time and I hear Eden, the drummer, and Ansley, the lead guitarist, snickering at our what they call 'love gesture'. I heard the owner call out our band's name so I let go of Jordan's hand, walk on stage, and set up for the performance.

I was freaking out inside but I spoke calmly into the mic, "We're going to preform 'Turn Off the Lights' by Panic! at the Disco. I hope you guys like it".

I got so into the song that I forgot I was in front of a somewhat large crowd.

When the song ended I opened my eyes to see that the coffee shop is even more crowded than before and I say, "This next song means alot to us. Its an Original called 'Unicorn Punch'. Hope you guys like it."

I sang with all my heart and I couldn't help but smile throughout the song. We waited for the audience  to stop applauding before leaving the stage. The applause was one of the loudest and longest I've ever heard.

I thanked them and got off the stage and someone's arms immediately went around my waist. I assumed it was Jordan because he has a tendency to do that but boy was I wrong. When I turned around I saw a tall, brown haired, brown eyed man. I immediately knew who it was too..Brendon Boyd Urie...the lead singer of my favorite band Panic! at the Disco.
