X- The Darkness

It suffocates you till you can longer breathe.
It strangles you,
and keeps you there,
fighting for your last breath.

It sits comfortably on your chest,
and it watches you closely,
as life is taken is sucked away from your eyes.

It deprives you from getting a taste of air in your lungs.
And it takes pleasure in your suffering.
It keeps pressing on your neck,
harder, and harder.

With all of its weight on you,
it is dedicated to block your airway.

You start turning blue,
and you have no one to call for help.

So you surrender yourself,
to the darkness,
and you await death.

But death never comes,
and the beast never leaves.

It sits comfortably on your chest,
and it watches you closely,
as life is sucked away from your eyes.
