CHAPTER 6

~~Fitz POV. ~~

During the games me and Sophie somehow managed to keep our incident during telepathy a secret. Then we decided to go to bed. I slept besides Sophie giving the reason that she would feel bad if she sleeps alone and while rest of us sleep with someone. I was glad no one was in the mood to raise any suspicions or doubts but as always Biana seemed doubtful but thankfully she didn't ask anything.

After a few minutes I drifted off to a light sleep.

It was around 1 or 2 am when I felt Sophie shuddering. I knew she was having a nightmare so I went closer to her. She seemed to calm down a bit then trashing. Unfortunately, I got hit by her hand straight on my head. I let out a 'ouch' as it was pretty unexpected which woke Sophie who realized what happened and in a teary face ran out of the room.

I followed her until she I realized I was following her so she stopped and transmitted to me

(Sophie bold Fitz italics)

I am sorry that I hurt you and woke you up

No worries, I can see that you were having a nightmare so it doesn't count as you hurting me.

Thank you for that and its good that it was dream Her voice was felt to be filled with despair.

If you want then you can share your dream with me. I said giving a big smile

I... don't want relive all that again. With this hugged me and started crying

I don't want to lose you again even if it was a dream.

While she transmitted that I glimpse of her dream filled her mind were I was trapped in a column of fire, but the dream went away from her mind and Sophie was pale and more scared.

"If you want to then we sleep in my room" I said thinking that might

She just nodded maybe too scared to speak.

So I signaled her to follow me

We reached my room and I took my usual spot on the bed, beside the wall.

She came into my room still looking very scared.

As soon as she sat on bed she closed and her eyes and again started to shudder with fear. I sat up to calm her but as soon as I sat up, she leaped to me in a tight hug and started crying on shoulder. I tried to reassure her and then she asked me "you will never leave me right?"

She was sounding childish but told that I would be always by her side.

With that I thought that she would leave me and lay bed to sleep but I felt her already dosed of and mummering something in a language I didn't get understand. I caught a few words and realized she speaking in English at which I am not good at. So, I decided to put her on bed. As I tried to loosen her grip she held on more tightly and started shuddering again which did not seem normal so I decided to talk to Sandor about it telepathically.

(Fitz bold Sandor italics)

hey Sandor. I need your help.

As soon as I said 'help' he drew out is sword and I saw Flori flinch due to his actions.

Cool down. There is no threat. I just need to ask something.

Sandor clamed down a little so began asking him.

First give me permission to read your thoughts. If yes then nod you head.

He nodded

So tell me first do you know how to communicate like this? If yes then think 'yes' and if no then shake your head sideways.
