In the morning, Danny discovered a little note on her desk, 'May we go outside?' The note read. Danny wondered where the note had come from as she lived alone, before noticing that there was writing on the back. She flipped the note over, the names '~Brahms & Annie' written neatly on the back. Danny took a piece of paper, writing the words; 'Stay in the backyard, please. ~Danny L. Dandelion' on it, before walking upstairs and leaving it in the toy room. A few minutes later, Danny saw a paper had been slid underneath the door with the words; 'Thank you, Danny. ~Brahms & Annie' scribbled on it.
Danny wondered if the two dolls had actually gone outside, so she hopped down to the backyard-door, to find it open, and Brahms and Annabelle sitting on the slide. Brahms kneeling at the bottom, looking as if he was waiting for Annabelle to slide down. Danny smiled, walking behind Annabelle and lightly pushing her down the slide, the doll stopping right before the end of the slide.
Danny walked back inside, deciding to trust the two dolls with staying in the backyard, only to find yet another note sitting on the table. 'You didn't bring my brother?' it said, Danny wondering which one had written this one for her, before realizing that, again, the name was written on the back, 'Jigsaw Kramer.' it read. Danny tried to think of if she had left one of them at the toy store by accident, trying to recall if there were any other puppets there. She couldn't remember. Danny decided that she would go back to the toy store to try and find the other puppet, while picking up a few new toys too.
