This is a short love story about two individuals that came together on a reality game show and won the hearts of audiences with their explosive chemistry, heart wrenching arguments and a friendship so real it captivated hearts and minds of all ages...
Terseer Waya, fondly known as Kidd by friends and family, is a man that lives in luxury, being the son of one of the most wealthiest Men in Nigeria, He's no stranger to the good life, fast cars, travels, women and good food he's a man of leisure, Kidd thought to get out of his comfort zone and decided to audition for the hottest reality show BigBrotherNaija A reality show in which contestants live in an isolated house and compete for a large cash prize at the end of the show by avoiding being evicted by viewers. Now why would a man like KiddWaya need to go into a reality show for a cash prize, Kidds intentions were never to win the show, I mean would he have loved to win, yes who doesn't like winning right? but the money wasn't his motivation going into the show, it was simply to meet people and connect, plainly it was for networking, Kidd is a social Influencer so it's his business to know The Who's and Who Nots so BBN made a perfect place to build his brand and network, so living with 19 other people for 71 days seemed like a good idea for the carefree KiddWaya, What he did not anticipate was meeting Erica Nlewedim another contestant with a smile that blew him away.
Erica Ngozi Nlewedim popularly known as Erica, is a woman with a passion for acting and ambition for success, an upcoming actress with a goal oriented mind and a strong heart, with her passion and fire coupled with her beautiful heartwarming smile Erica had a mission to Win the cash prize and build her brand as an actress, Kidd a confident,carefree, laissez faire man with a free outlook on life and Erica an independent woman with a soft heart, with her own hands she fights for what she wants and usually gets it, With two young individuals with a different outlook on life a bond so deep was about to be made, our story begins....
Kidd and Erica amidst of 18 strangers in one house could not fight their attraction, their chemistry was so strong that other housemates and even the viewers outside watching could feel it, Kidd is aware on anything Erica, Erica tries to bury this burning desire for this man that made life seem so easy, with his playful flirty personality it was no surprise that the female housemates were infatuated with him, Kidds Charm was electric, his charisma, his swag, with that accent, Though Kidd was born in Nigeria, he lived most of his adolescence and adulthood in London so as well as his mentality of the British so was his speech, so with all that it was easy for him to make friends instantly, Erica, so sure that he was a Casanova thought it best to keep her distance, which proved more difficult than that of the daily tasks given to them as part of the competition.
Her attempts to keep her distance from Kidd failed as they became fast friends something about their personalities that seem to bring them closer to one another,
Two young adults of the opposite sex being friends was normal, but when both are very attractive and see each other everyday it'll take no time for the friendship to grow into something else, Kidd did not hide the fact that he was very much attracted to Erica, wherever she went he'd follow, in multiple occasions would use any opportunity to touch her, be it a hug for good luck on their task, a pat on the head for well done, a shoulder for her to cry on once she fell homesick, Kidd made himself available for Erica at any time,He even cooks for her, breakfast, lunch and dinner, it's clear he really likes her...
Erica felt a certain way for Kidd, but chose to ignore it, not until a harmless game of truth or dare that brought about their first kiss, The kiss was hot and passionate and took Erica by surprise, the kiss was evidence that whatever it is she felt for Kidd it was not just friendship.
With all the hierarchy and politics that went on in the show, arguments, fights, evictions and betrayal Kidd and Erica found themselves trusting only themselves and relying on each other for everything, as the game progressed Erica found herself falling deeply in love with Kidd, needing him for everything, wanting to please him and even felt the need keep him all to herself and much to Kidds surprise his feelings for Erica got so deep it scared him, Finding discomfort when she wasn't with him, wanting her around him always, never wanting to see her upset the feeling of possession over her, and the inability to keep his hands of her, they were mad about each other, Erica not liking how dependent she was on him, Kidd not understanding how he could be so consumed by her
He was the pain he was the cure
She was the distraction she was his focus bottom line  is their connection was something neither of them planned, though Kidd couldn't understand how deep he's fallen, he soon realized it when Erica left his side, the show lost meaning for Kidd, he missed her everyday and actually wanted to be evicted next, which he was, he stood the chance to win but all that meant nothing when Erica left the show. he once said that going into the show was more about the journey,  Kidd and Erica were destined to be on that show, Kidd found his person, with Erica he could be himself, with his lifestyle finding people to love you for you was not easy, he found that in Erica, Erica loved him for him and he felt it, she was unapologetically loyal to him, for him that meant she was meant to be kept.
Erica found her match, a partner that would support her, and help her grow as person, a person that would protect her and give her confidence when she needs it, one that would pick her up when she's down and would encourage her to fight for what she wants, he believes in her unconditionally, and for Erica that means everything. Together they find their safe place within each other's embraces.
Erica leaving the show was disappointing to her and her supporters, though upset with her sudden departure from the show, losing the chance to win and achieve her goal, leaving  Kidd alone was more difficult for Erica, though she wanted him to win deep within her she wanted him evicted and back with her, Kidd and Erica spent almost everyday together for almost 2 months so they got used to having each other around, being separated was hard for them both.

Now the young lovers out of the game were the real obstacle awaits,
Though none of them won the show, but both are very successful and their future is bright, with an aspiring career ahead and a ridiculously large fan base "Star Girl" Erica popularly known by her public is one of the most talked about influencers ever had on that show , she's on her way to becoming one of the most successful people in the entertainment industries today.
Kidd isn't far off his woman's tail, making money moves, and breaking barriers in the business world as a social Influencer also keeping true to his luxurious lifestyle, and with Erica by his side life is good.

They're young, successful and in love and it's only going to get better from here believe that
