an: so i think this story is sadly coming to an end, i might do a 2nd part to this story if i find ideas ofc. i wanna say a big thank you to everyone who did read and vote on this story i wasn't expecting to get this much attention ily all

so over the few weeks Richie and Will grew closer and closer, more affection, kisses, love, it was the honeymoon stage for the idiots in love. 
on a hot summer's day they sat in Will's room just doing the usual kiss and talk, Will had his head on Richie's chest admiring the features of the boy. Will was in love, so was Richie, both the boys fell harder then they thought and that was especially directed at Will.
way way before Richie he made a promise to himself to never fall in love, well, guess that's gone and been broken.
Richie looked down at Will and smiled, he gently pulled him closer kissing him lovingly, the small one giggled kissing back, they t h o u g h t they were home alone. oh but they were wrong.

El had gotten up to go to the kitchen, her hair at this point had grown down to her shoulders but she wore it up using Max's green scrunchie she took before moving away. she was walking down the hallway and heard small bursts of laughter coming from Will's room so obviously it caught her attention, she took a look in the room seeing Will and... Mike look alike kiss, her eyes widened and she quickly walked away giving them privacy, El grew a wide smile, she was happy her new brother found someone special.

after around an hour or so Joyce came home exhausted from her long work shift.
her new daughter ran up greeting her with excitement, Joyce was given a tight hug, "Oh!- El hunny is everything-"
"Will was kissinggggg." The clueless girl giggled pulling from the hug, Joyce grew a cheeky grin as well, "did you see who?" let's all admit, we all gossip.
"That boy, Richie?" El still never fully caught his name so she was unsure, Joyce's eyes widened with surprise, it was there but.. wow. 
"Thank you hun." She gave El a gentle smile, "but this only stays between us okay? don't tell anyone." El nodded and ran off giggling.

"My son is gay." Joyce muttered.

Will sat up from Richie hearing footsteps come from the hallway, his mother knocked on the door lightly coming in with permission granted from Will.
"Hey Will, hi Richie." Joyce said smiling, "hey Miss Byers." Richie smiled, "Oh please call me Joyce I'm not no ol mom."

an: hahahah i hate typing mOm- also i love the idea of Joyce having that vibe to her, not like Regina George's mum gosh no, but having the chill friend vibes

Richie let out a light chuckle, Will smiled at the two. 
"I do however have something to talk to you guys about. So.." Joyce sighed for a moment and thought of how to say it properly, "El told me there's something going on with you two, you don't have to tell me, but just-"
"Mom it's true." Will blurted cutting her off, he took a heavy breath feeling tears form up in his eyes, Richie looked at him slightly worried and hoped he was ready for it.
"I..." Will sighed heavily looking away, "your son's a faggot.."
"Will.. I-I wouldn't put it as that.." Richie said softly trying to make the tension thinner, "neither would I." Joyce moved closer to Will hugging him, Will just clung to her tightly letting out a light cry, he was happy that he was accepted and still loved, "Just because you have an interest in boys it doesn't make me love you any less... you're my child, I will always love and accept you Will." hearing those words made Richie cry, he smiled sadly at them taking off his glasses, he knew his parents deep down would never accept it and in a way it hurt but what him feel comforted was that there was Joyce to be there.

AN: i want to say this to anyone who is lgbtq+ you are valid and loved, if your parents say otherwise then they can suck my toenail. i made this chapter short n sweet to let everyone know that they are always going to be accepted, no matter your lover, your pronouns, anything, you are always accepted and just know you dont have to come out, wait until it's right for you, but when you do do not ever be ashamed of it. if you have came out im proud if you havent i am still proud. next chapter will most likely be the last and i am going to leave my anonymous insta and it is open for anyone and everyone.
