Chapter 20

~Ryans POV~

We all sat on the couch. Including Michael and Nicky. I would admit it was very awkward.

"Listen we're really sorry." Luke said breaking the silence.

"We know." Nicky said looking at me. "Ryan please talk." Nicky whispered to me.

I shook my head no and looked down at my hands. I hated people seeing me cry but I couldn't help. I was mostly known as the stronger sister but this wasn't going to work. I've never been stronger than Nicky, and truthfully I never would be.

"Don't cry." Nicky whispered pulling me into a hug.

"Don't cry. Don't cry." I kept repeating to myself. It didn't work. A tear fell down my cheek.

~Nicky's POV~

"No no no, please Ryan don't cry. I-I love you." Luke said hesatently. "Don't say it unless you mean it." Ryan says looking down.

"I do mean it, with all my heart." Luke said tilting her head up. Michael just awkwardly coughed basically ruining it. But Luke leaned in anyway.

"I need to talk to Nicky." Michael said standing up, "Your room?" He asked me as I stood up. "Sure." I said nervously.

We walked down the hall & into the room I was staying in, "Listen, I made a stupid mistake. I DO love YOU! I know at first we were supposed to be a drunk mistake but now I've fallen for you." He said looking into my eyes.

"Michael, I'm only 1 of The Hairdressers Daughters. You can probably just pick another girl that's egging to be with you." I said looking at the floor.

"That's the thing, I don't wanna choose another girl, I want you." He said leaning in.

I leaned back surprising us both, Michael just sat there with a sad expression.

"Look Michael, I love you so much. Your'e the first boy that I've had long term feelings for & I just don't wanna get heart broken. I forgive you, but I think we should ease into this again." I said twiddling with my sleeve.

"I understand, but are we still together?" He asked with hopeful eyes. "Yeah, just let's take things slow at the moment." I say hugging him.

"You know I'm trying so hard not to kiss you righ now." He laughs leading me to the door.

I open the door & Zoe falls inside, "Were you ease dropping?" I ask laughing.

"Uh- no i was just... inspecting the door." She says patting the light blue door. Me & Michael just laugh & walk over her to the living room, but there was no Luke & Ryan.

~Ryans POV~

After Nicky and Michael went to there room luke asked if we could talk in my room.

We sat down on my bed and looked at each other.

"So?" I said a we both looked up at eachother.

"Yeah?" He asked.

"So you're not going to admit you made a mistake?" I ask.

"It wasn't my fault." He said laughing.

"You're to proud to say you've made a mistake?" I asked standing up.

"I'm not proud." He said putting his hands up.

"You're a coward till the end." I said rolling my eyes as I starting reaching for the door.

"But I love you." He said as he grabbed my hand.

"I didn't want to admit this but... We're not gunna fit." I said pulling my hand away walking out the door and leaving Luke in my room.
