Chapter Something

Jade POV

“Run!” I cried as we sprinted out of the door. We had dragged Zayn into the broom cupboard and then ran out of the door.

“You’ve done it this time, Jess!” Molly groaned.

“Just get in the ventilation shaft!” I shouted.

“They’ll never take me alive!” Jess shouted, and Molly shot her a glare.

After we caught our breath, we crawled through the ventilation shaft and dropped out of the little flap in the deserted car park of the stadium.

“You attacked him!” Molly said in awe.

“He walked towards me!” Jess squealed in her own defence.

“This…is why you don’t have a boyfriend!” I said, and Jess smirked at me.

“Yes, it is, and thank god.” She replied.

We jumped into the car and I leaned back.

“Zayn Malik though!” I said, I just couldn’t drop it, “You ruined his hair!”

“What was up with his hair anyways? Like, it was really up!” Molly gasped.

Suddenly, Jess and I looked at each other. Molly had just made an Adventurous Adventures Of One Direction quote without realising it.

“You are insane, you know that? I guess that’s why we’re friends though, isn’t it?” Molly sighed.

“Why are we friends?” I asked playfully.

“Can we just go home?” Jess piped up, “We have a busy day tomorrow,”

“What’s happening tomorrow?” I asked dumbly. Somebody smacked me in the head.

“We’re only leaving Perth for London to go to college!” she shouted in excitement.

“Oh my god!” my eyes widened in realisation, “We are!”

“Sleepover at mine?” Jess offered.

“Okay, but we’ll have to drop by Jade and my houses to pick up our suitcases!” Molly reminded us, ever the responsible one.

“Guys, this is serious!” I moaned. I saw Jess’ head pop out of the bathroom.

“What’s the matter?” she asked in concern.

“I’m bored!” I whined.

“Is that it?” Jess said, going back into the bathroom. What is she even doing?

“Switch the TV on!” Molly hollered from the kitchen.

“Okay,” I agreed, hunting the remote control down.

I pressed the red button and watched as her television came to life and the evening news popped up.

“There has been an assault on a member of world-wide selling boy band, One Direction. Zayn Malik was attacked by a fan with a saucepan.” The serious news reporter stated. My eyes widened.

“Guys…this is serious!” I shouted. I heard groans in reply.

“I know you’re bored, but-“

“No this is seriously serious,” I shouted, interrupting Molly. I heard her huff and make her way up the stairs.

“What is it now?”
