That morning Shirou woke from his sleep and walked to the living room to see Artemis cooking breakfast for him...

The boy wiped his eyes for a bit, hoping that last night was not a dream, but after a while, he had accepted the reality that stood before him, and he was found.

The years that he spent alone after Kiritsugu's death were worth it, he had a family again, and he had a mother this time...

Artemis: "Come and sit with your mother, Shirou..."

Shirou: "Hai! Mom!"

He exclaimed with a voice filled with relief and pure bliss!

Artemis was taken aback as she thought the red-haired boy would resent him for leaving him alone for all these years, but it seems that Kiritsugu did truly raise him as his own...

Shirou: "Mom?"

Artemis: "Yes?"

Shirou: "Why are you being nice to me...?"

Artemis: "Why wouldn't I?"

Shirou: "Aren't you, Artemis the Man-Hating Goddess?"

Artemis sighed in annoyance as she was bluntly called that by her own son, but she couldn't blame him, ever since she became an eternal virgin she would often have a conflict with the Goddess of Love, Aphrodite who would then give her the title of Man-Hating Goddess along with the rest of the pantheon.

Though the truth might actually shock you, she doesn't truly hate men.

She respects men for what they have achieved but she saw that most men are disgusting and vile, while the nice ones are overshadowed by their treachery.

The reason for her title and attitude towards men is because of her own family, she sensed females being seduced by her unfaithful father along with her Uncles and Brothers, to be honest Hades was more tolerable because of how he was reluctant to have *Cough!* *Cough!* Demigods...

Because of this, she sought to help the females by forming The Hunt, where they would be safe within her powers.

As the Goddess Of Females, she sensed a woman's undying love for a man, who loved her back.

The Goddess not only saw the vile actions that a human could do, not to mention a sadistic priest but when she saw Kiritsugu through the moon, staring at him as he searched inside the debris alone, trying to find any survivor.

She was shocked.

She sensed sincerity and kindness while knowing his history, she saw the Magus Killer, not as a cold-blooded Killing Machine, but she saw a man who wanted to protect everyone even if everyone hated him, she saw compassion and concern for this man, but when she had noticed a faint life source in the blazing city, she guided the Magus Killer to a boy who would later be known as Emiya Shirou.

The Goddess has told all of this to Shirou, so he would know why she had taken him in, why she had adopted him.

Artemis: "Because the man who had adopted you had raised you as his own, which is something that I have come to respect, as Kiritsugu was a misguided man who had the best intentions for everyone."

Artemis: "Plus, instead of being another Hercules, I am very grateful that Kiritsugu had raised you right..."

Shirou: "Raised me right?"

Artemis: "A person who respects women equally, a person who is brave enough to help others whether or not they have done something evil and something unforgivable..."

Artemis: "You have the courage to see the sliver of good in a heart full of darkness, a trait which no one in the pantheon or any mortals have besides King Arthur..."

Shirou: "You've met King Arthur!?"

Artemis: "I'm pretty sure you mortals should get your titles correct, it's actually Queen Arthur, she's a girl."

Shirou: "EHHHHHHH?!"

Artemis: "And surprisingly I sense that you have Avalon in your body..."

Shirou: "Avalon!?"

Artemis: "The sheathe of Excalibur itself, grants you minor regenerative healing abilities."

Shirou: "Wait! King Arthur's REAL!?"

Artemis: "Correction, Queen Artoria Pendragon is real"

Artemis: "But she pretty much as real as you and me, But I suggest that you finish quickly before school starts..."

Both Shirou and Artemis look at the time before Shirou's eyes widened as he quickly scarfs down all of his Breakfast and apparently, did speed cleaning as he left the house with his clean dishes on the drying rack Artemis wondered how this boy could accelerate faster than Hermes's winged shoes...

Shirou: "Thanks for the food, Mom!"

He exclaimed as he quickly wore his shoes before riding his bike to school.

Artemis: "Stay Safe!"

She said as she walked him out of the door...

And it was by this point a Hunter Of Artemis recognized her Goddess's voice!

Random Hunter: "Lady Artemis?"

The Hunter asked to the sky as she looked at her surroundings with Artemis quickly hid behind the closed door...

Random Hunter: "Must've been one of Hermes's pranks..."

She said as she shrugged her shoulders before walking back to the camp after a much-needed exploration of a normal Japanese suburb, though still wondering why the Goddess Of The Hunt wanted to go to Japan in the first place...
