Tsunade point of view-

Lady tsunade I have the paper work that you need to sign before the end of the day.Just put them on the desk shizune, I will get to them in a minute. Now to start the rest of the afternoon, so first one is..... an mission report. Mission report, mission report, bill for Academy, bill ,mission, letter from mizukage, mission report.Wait LETTER FROM MIZUKAGE, ok let's see in side it can't be bad right?

Dear, lord Hokage

We might have a problem,as you know after the 3rd shinobi war there was a treaty signed, and all prisoners of war were to be given back.(I don't know what the treaty said but this is what I said sooo.)I have recently found a group of the independent branch in our investigation and t unit that worked directly with the 4th mizukage. This unit still has an prisoner from the 3rd war. He is a high profile shinobi of the leaf village.I would like to receive word on how you would like this shinobi to be delt with. All the information we have of him is on the back with a seal only a kage can open.

I wonder who would the mist village keep alive for so long and why? It could be a trap as well. I will see who it screw if its a trap! ....

.....

.....

.....

Shizune I need you to come here for a minute.

Yes lady tsunade, is something the matter, or you just want to go dranking. Just look at the letter and you will understand!
........

.........
.........
Ohhh my, this might be a problem. You think, I'm going to send a response to the mizukage telling them I want my shinobi back.

But lady tsunade this could easily be a trap! I mean he has been dead for years, the likely hood that this true.....its!!.

I know shizune but if its right his family needs to know. Plus I don't think the mizukage is trying to start something she's doing well in changing her village, so I don't think she would make a move like this.

M'lady do you want me to tell--No I don't want you to let his family know in tell we are sure are self's.
