Today was Chaeryeong's birthday. It was a Saturday. So, she decided to sleep in but Ryujin seemed to have other plans."Ryeong, wake up!" Ryujin yelled, pulling the blanket away from Chaeryeong's sleeping frame.
"No... Ryu, come on. It's my birthday!" Chaeryeong whined, reaching out blindly to grab her blanket.
"Exactly! Let's have fun today!" Ryujin said excitedly. With a groan, Chaeryeong got up and trudged to the bathroom.
"Good morning, darling!" Ryujin exclaimed, chopping up some carrots.
"Shut up. You disrupted my beauty sleep," Chaeryeong murmured.
"You don't want to talk to me like that," Ryujin said with a little smirk.
"I will and can kick you out of my house," Chaeryeong threatened. Ryujin brought the bowl over and the younger raised an eyebrow.
"Ramen? In the morning?"
"It's a treat, Chaeryeong. I didn't cook much because you would be eating more this afternoon," Ryujin said with a twinkle in her eye. She rushed off and came back with an envelope.
"Happy birthday, darling," Ryujin said. Chaeryeong could tell that it was a sincere greeting and not one of Ryujin's sarcastic ones. Curious, she opened the envelope and she screamed.
-flashback-
"Don't touch my computer," Chaeryeong said sternly before leaving. She was going to get something from the café nearby and Ryujin refused to follow her.
Curious as to what Chaeryeong was so secretive about, Ryujin rushed to the younger's desk and logged in to her computer.
"Tch, she's too obvious..." Ryujin smirked and immediately went into the younger's search history.
"Good places for dates... cafés fit for dates... Twice concert tickets?" Ryujin read aloud. At that moment, her phone vibrated and she picked it up.
Ryujin thought for a bit and replied.
