"I'm back!" Ryujin exclaimed. However, the apartment was quiet. "Chaeryeong!" she yelled, walking to the room.

"Oh! I'm sorry, I didn't hear you," Chaeryeong's soft voice replied. Ryujin broke into a huge grin.

"Listen, I have something to tell you," Ryujin said excitedly. Chaeryeong raised a brow. "Yeji and I are dating!" she squealed.

The younger girl dropped the mug she was holding. "What?" she blurted out.

Ryujin's smile faltered. "Why... why don't you look happy?"

"I am! I'm just shocked... that's all. Anyway, i'm happy for you! I'll clean this mess up," Chaeryeong replied, flustered.

"No, you always cut yourself when you do this. I'll do it," Ryujin insisted.

While reaching for the dustpan, Chaeryeong said, "I know you can't wait to tell me what happened. Go on, I'm listening,"

Ryujin clapped and started talking at a rapid pace as Chaeryeong nodded while cleaning up the glass pieces off the floor.

"And before I left, she kissed me. On the lips! It wasn't as romantic as I would've liked but it's fine!" Ryujin finished.

"That's amazing," Chaeryeong forced out, brushing pass Ryujin to throw the broken glass away.

"Hey, cheer up! I'm finally getting my shit together! I'll order something in to celebrate!" Ryujin cheered and grabbed her phone.

She already kissed Yeji and they were only on their first date...

Chaeryeong shook her head and carefully placed the glass into some newspaper before wrapping it up and heading out to throw it in the rubbish chute.

Suddenly, she felt a sharp pain on her finger. with a groan, she dumped the trash into the bin and hurried back into the house to tend to her injured finger.

"I told you you'll hurt yourself. Come here, you idiot," Ryujin huffed. She grabbed a band aid from the drawer and a box of tissues to clean up the blood.

"All done. Now be careful," the older said sternly. Chaeryeong stared at the yellow smiley face on her plaster before nodding. "Anyway, I ordered from the chinese place we both like. It's going to take a while. Do you want to watch something?" Ryujin asked.

(anyways, new pov bc i realised there was only one-)

Yeji shut the door and hurried into her dorm. She didn't have a roommate and lived alone in the room ever since her roomie moved out when she was in her second year. With a smile, she skipped to the kitchen to get her snacks. Although the kiss was short and rather awkward, she could still feel Ryujin's soft lips against her's and the thought of it made her blush a little.

Yeji was so happy. She liked Ryujin for a year now and she was disappointed when she realised that the younger would not be staying in the dorms. But they still had dance lessons together and would constantly practise together. They grew closer over time and Yeji even started bringing Ryujin as her partner to meetings with the rest of the leaders of the other clubs.

She thought for a while before entering Ryujin's number into her phone.

[Yeddong? What's up?]

Yeji blushed a little at the nickname. [Nothing. I just wanted to hear you voice.]

[Missing me already?]
