Mitch's POV
"GROUP HUDDLE!" I yell as everyone looks at me. We all run to each other, me between Jerome and Jason. " What do you guys think of him?" Sky said. "He seems nice and he trusts me, so I guess... I say he should join." Jason said smiling." I agree!" Quinton said." *cough* Fiesh *cough*" sky coughed." I'm not a fish!" Quinton whisper yelled. We laughed at his expression. " Okay, has everyone agree?" Sky asked. We all nod our head, except for ty who nonchalantly shrugged. "Okay it's settled, seto joins!" Sky says happily.
We split up and sit in our chairs and look at seto, making him nervous. I'm so excited to get to know the new recruit.
Seto's POV
Everyone breaks from the huddle and sit at the table again. Everyone stares at me making me nervous and their smiles creep me out. Sky clears his throat and got our attention. " Seto, we would...." Sky pause and widen his smile " love for you to join us." I was brimming with joy and ran and gave sky a hug. "Thank you" I say and let go "thank you all".
I turn to Ian who is smiling at me and got up from his chair. I run back and hugged Ian " Thank you so much Ian. If it wasn't for you, I would still be on the streets." I said nuzzling into Ian's neck. " You're welcome and congrats." We stayed like that for a while, hearing awws from Mitch and Jerome, and quinton,too? I couldn't tell.
It was a magical moment... Until... "Hey look, Ian's acually blushing for once." Jason said, ruining the mood. Everyone groaned and complained. " Way to ruin the moment, space boy." Jerome huffed. I didn't care, because I felt..... Safe in Ian's arms and in the first time in forever, I felt happy.
