Kidnapped By Why Don't We ( Vampire Fan Fiction )

Power PT. 2

After the camera was put away I let my face show to have the rosiest cheeks ever. The boys chuckled and Jack just pulled me closer to him. Then Corbyn yelled from the kitchen. 

Corbyn: So you ready to find out what other powers you have?

Me: Sure. * unsure *

Jack: Okay baby don't worry. You'll be fine. * grins then kisses my cheek *

We all went outside to the backyard and they all looked at me. I started to feel uncomfortable as they stared. Then suddenly a tree started coming towards me at like vampire speed I felt scared so one minute I try to protect herself then a translucent light came over me. The tree bounced off of the light bubble and fell 50 feet back in the forest. My bubble came down and the guys were all looking at me in shock. I blushed like crazy then felt a little tired. The boys came close to me slowly like I was dangerous. I was confused. 

Corbyn: Okay, we walking slowly because we don't know what will activate the shield you just used. 

Me: That was a shield. 

Corbyn: Yep, like me. 

Jack finally made it over to me and hugged me. 

Jack: That was awesome baby girl. 

I took Jack's hand and had a flashback to when I went with my parents to a forest. At the time I was 9 and I had saved my dad from a bobcat using my shield. This was one out of a few times that my parents were proud of me. They didn't see the shield but saw me protect them. I closed my eyes to keep from crying thinking of this memory, then me and Jack were there. Behind a tree watching the whole event like a movie. Then I closed my eyes again and we were back where we left. Jack looked at me like I had two heads. He kept our hands together as the guys looked on. But they were confused about Jack's expression. Jack then explained that I have time travel. Me being me, thought I was going crazy and hoped that wasn't the case.  

Jack: Beth you do have time travel and this is great because we can prevent bad things from happening. 

I nodded unsure because I'm a clumsy person who messes up like all the time. Remember when I tried to run from Jack and ended up getting captured twice. Yep, typical clumsy me who doesn't get what she was trying to get. Jack I think heard my clumsy getting captured thought because he chuckled at this. 

Jack: First of all you don't mess up everything. Secondly, I used vampire speed, and third you were out numbered. 

Me: Yeah, and I still messed up. 

Jack: Time travel can help you and us a lot. Plus it would be fun to go back in time. You won't mess up. You'll do great. 

I smiled at these comments. But was still unsure. I felt a little more exhausted but wanted to get this done so we continued. Next was for me to see If I have regular vampire speed or super speed. I had to race Jonah and if I kept up or beat Jonah then I have super speed and If I lose the race and don't keep up then I have regular vampire speed. We ran through the forest and I beat by like minutes. I was done in like 2 minutes. Jonah took like 8 minutes to get done. The boys were all laughing at Jonah's defeat with my speed. Jonah smiled and looked at me. 

Jonah: Well it looks like I'm going to have to keep up with you. 

I smiled but didn't respond because I didn't want to ruin this moment. I then smelt this scent of pine, and dirt. It couldn't be Jack because Jack smells different. It's hard for me describe but I can tell the difference. I freaked and put a bubble over everyone. They all looked at me as I had worry written all over my face. My heartbeat was racing and my breathing started getting faster. I started to lose balance. The scent is getting stringer. Then I see the blonde girl from my vision coming through the forest to our lodge.
